Hoy estuve con mi perrita Nala en su primer control y la Dra. Cepeda fue muy profesional. La trato súper bien. La revisó toda y aplico las inyecciones y le dio su medicación y todo muy profesional. La recibieron con un cartel de Welcome y su nombre. Estuvieron en cada detalle. Sin duda será mi lugar preferido para hacer atender a Nala.

Our Loki had his first visit yesterday. Our visit was with Dr Lewis. She is so knowledgeable and took her time to go over all our concerns. We were able to get everything address and a direct answer. We definitely felt pricing was reasonable. So happy we found this place. ?

We have been seeing Dr. Cepeda for about 12 years now. She is amazing! This is a wonderful practice. They take good care of the animals, and I have never had an issue with anything in the time I have been using them. 5/5 Stars!! Highly recommend.

This clinic may be too busy to handle new clients. My dog had her 1st visit last week. Dr. Lewis was professional and friendly towards my dog. Dental surgery was recommended. I stopped by yesterday to schedule an appointment and request the antibiotics that were needed before surgery. I was told by the office clerk that Dr. Lewis would call us today to confirm the RX for us to pick up. When no call came, I wondered if we really had a dental appt scheduled. After 2 emails were sent, the office mgr. called let us know that we were on the Vet's, "to do list". We canceled the dental surgery and will not go back. Communication with pet owners is as important as treatment. Informing a client that they are on a "to do list" does not work for me.

I have been bringing my fur babies to North River close to 6 years. I love Dr. Lewis. She is knowledgeable, professional and definitely understanding!! I have a very anxious dog and she handles her very well.

My favorite technician is Jessica. I trust my fur babies with her. Jessica is knowledgeable and professional.

Dr. Lewis always returns my call. I love that she never makes me feel like she rushing, despite all my questions.

Since COVID they have been extremely busy and Parrish is growing, yet they usually still find an appt for my precious fur babies. I have tried other Veterinarians (in Parrish) and North River rocks!!!!

Excellence is not enough of a word for these Ladies!! They’ve been my vet for a few years and always proficient and knowledgeable. But, when Howard pulled his ACL, they went beyond way beyond. I got the referral to Dr. Kirsch (Orthopedic Surgeon) who was also AMAZING. Dr. Cepeda took over for Howie’s aftercare and our fur baby is thriving, better than ever. I with the most sincerity THANK YOU, North River Team.
