They always take care of my babies. They have been there for annual visits, Lily’s weight loss plan, Charlie’s back issues, Stewie getting fixed, and when my sweet Bella crossed the rainbow bridge they were with me as I said goodbye.

The Dr and staff were all really friendly and they got us in and out, which was good cause my fur baby is terrified of the vet and she was hurting from getting hit by a car so they gave her meds to make her comfortable for the first time since she had been hit the day before. The price wasn't too bad either. I think I found my new vet for both of my girls. Thanks guys and gals! From Lily and me! ❤️?

Love Dr Haynes & the whole staff! He doesn't overcharge. My pets are well taken care of by him & his staff. He helped us so much when my service dog ,Ranger,passed. Now I only have cats,JoJo & Loki,and he has spayed,neutered,gave them shots,microchips & flea plus protective. You will not find any vet office as good as this one!

My mother-in-law took her dog to you. To get fixed about 3 weeks ago. You told her to come back in 2 weeks to get the stitches out. Y'all, didn't say nothing about changing owners and not gonna To reopen until January. Not
Happy about this situation. And you haven't answered the phone in like a week. We tried calling the week before Christmas. We didn't know anything until we finally just decided to bring her to you and noticed a note was on the door. I hope the new management is better than the old management.

They have very fair pricing compared to some other animal clinics in town; however, I believe that many of their services are lacking given those prices. I appreciate that they offer walk-in appointments. When I first started seeing them, they were open five days a week, but now they are closed on Fridays. Additionally, the veterinarian only sees patients until noon and does surgeries in the afternoon, which makes the schedule quite limiting.

My experience with their services over the past year has been subpar. The staff at the clinic seemed to lack personality. However, when I had to put my pet down, Kayla was incredibly kind and compassionate. She allowed me to grieve in the room for as long as I needed and regularly checked in on me during that time. On the other hand, when I saw the male doctor, it felt like our time was rushed. I spent more time driving to the clinic than I did in the room with him.

I often notice a young blonde girl at the front desk. If she isn't a veterinarian, she shouldn't be offering diagnoses or advising on what medication might be prescribed—especially if she's not qualified to do so. If you're looking for a friendly, down-home atmosphere at an animal clinic, this place might be the perfect fit for you.

The absolute worst vet experience of my life. Will never ever recommend this group to anyone ever. Took our dog for a scar tissue growth removal and the techs didn’t give us any information afterwards. We had to call the vet directly the next day to get any information. A week later we returned for a check up on which the vet told us to absolutely not let the techs remove his stitches in which they did not listen. The vet who did his surgery did not check in and clearly did not inform his staff not to remove the stitches. Once the stitches were removed against our advisement, the incision was split wide open before we ever got home. The restitch was awful and is already back open and we are currently on our way to an emergency clinic. Hopefully they know what they are doing unlike this clinic. I’ll be footing the bill by the way. Awful group. Shouldn’t even be open. I’d give a 0 stars if I could.

Cheap and quick, but you get what you pay for. Took my dog in because he was limping. I told them that he was licking his paw, so I figured they would check his paw. Instead, they checked his leg/shoulder. I couldn’t see if they checked his paw because I was the one holding him while he was being checked. I may as well have been the tech, because I did most of the work, from lifting him (75lb dog) onto the table myself to holding him during his examination. They prescribed some pain meds because he *may* have had some swelling in his shoulder. I got home (45min away), and later on I decided to check his paw because I couldn’t believe they didn’t see anything. Sure enough, he’s got a cut of some sort on his paw between his two middle toes that’s clearly the source of his pain as he’ll barely let me touch it. The trip w/meds was only $35, which was great! But there was a reason it was so affordable. I’d only go here for regular annual checkups for the price, not when there’s something noticeably wrong with your pet.

I have always had great experiences at East Point! Their staff is excellent! They have always been so helpful and compassionate with my pets. I highly recommend them for every one’s pet’s needs!
