We were told by our vet that our dog needs to get his eye taken out cause they believed it was cancer and so we took our dog here to get a second opinion. The price for our consultation was 200 dollars which is much less then it usually is and thankfully he checked our dogs eye and turns out it was galacoma. The doctor was very good with our dog and told us there was an injection he could do for the eye. After he did the injection there was immediate relief with my dog and now he is as playful and happy as he used to be. Overall very good results and very good service thank you Dr silverman!

I am so glad I took my dog to Dr. Silverman. My little dog Buddy had a cherry eye that wouldn't go away, so we took the cheap route by having Banfield (our primary care vet) do the surgery, but then 4 weeks later the gland popped back out again. Also, the job looked messy. So then I decided to see a specialist, Dr Silverman. He did an amazing job. When I took Buddy home from surgery, you couldn't even tell he had an operation done. The work was flawless.

Unfortunately 5 months later Buddy's cherry eye on the other eye popped out, so we had to give him surgery again. There was absolutely no hesitation in going back to Complete Animal Eye Care. Again, Silverman did a great job and he worked with us in pricing. Silverman went above and beyond.

Be careful with this doctor I took my dog here to get his eye checked after being referred here from a different veterinary hospital. They took him to the back, wouldn’t let me go with him then I heard him scream out in pain. They then brought him out with blood in his eye (which he NEVER had) and suggested that he needs a same day surgery for 5k. I called different doctors for different opinions, they all told me it shouldn’t have went this way at all. If you love your pet, please do not bring them here.

First timer neurotic at an dog eye doctor. We got a next day appointment and Dr. was able to take care of my dogs age related mineral deposits on the eye the same day. We are home and I can already see he is more comfortable. Thank you. Very happy with the treatment and price was more than fair.

I can't emphasize enough how crooked and expensive vets are here in the LA area. Let alone specialists like Dr. Silverman! Call any eye Doc for pups in all of LA, and just for a consultation exam u are paying a minimum of 400 non refunded or partial credit of like 100 bucks towards treatment. Dr. Silverman charged me more than half the price less! He conducted a procedure for around 300 I was quoted 800 for out of a Doctor in Studio city. 1 of my Bull dogs eyes had further complications due to him scratching his eye again! The Doctor solved the problem in one complete additional visit! I was short on cash and he gave me a discount. Not too mention his rent is sky high with a prime location in Sherman oaks Southside of Ventura blvd. Trust me when I say this... run out of all other eye docs in LA and come here. Dr. Silverman was recommended highly by MASH in West hollywood. The best Vet Hospital in all of LA!. Trust me, he's the best Eye Doc for animals on the WestCoast!. I love this place. Horrible place and trust me you don't want deal with this so call Dr Silverman this so call doctor is rude and looks like his only there to take your 200 dollars consultation fees not from me not today Dr scam .since they have something that says 200 is not refundable he couldn't even do a eye exam on my small miniature French bulldog smh

First and foremost I called on a few different occasions with no answer,even left a voicemail with no call back but called one day again and they answered. Was able to get a next day appt which was great but never have I been charged $200 over the phone to book an appt. They claim it includes 8 or so different tests but don’t even let you go in the exam room with your pet so who knows what they do.Off the bat just said he needs surgery.Only spoke for a few mins and the front desk sent me off with a quote of thousands on thousands on thousands of dollars and said give us a call if you’d like to move forward with the surgery. Overall it’s not a place or a doctor I’d feel comfortable performing surgery on my cat. Took my cat for a second opinion and so glad I did. Had a whole different experience and was allowed to stay with my cat the entire time and although an expensive surgery is still a possibility at least they’re willing to try medications first and I’d feel a lot more comfortable taking my cat there for surgery. Always get a second opinion!
