my first time at bright cross and my experience was great! all the staff are very nice and very attentive. my baby has a horrible ear infection and they were so gentle with him and made sure he was comfortable with everything they had to do. i’m so happy with all the choices they made to help him get better. i loved how they talked me through the reasoning behind the infection and i appreciated how they didn’t send me alone with just a over the counter ear solution. they prescribed him actual medicine that will help! i definitely recommend this vet office!!! thank you!! ?

The team at Bright Cross is AMAZING. Our nearly 10 yr old Malinois came in with a severe blockage and their team jumped too his attention right away. Leaving him there for emergency surgery, they not only kept us informed but went above and beyond to care for him and keep him comfortable.

I highly recommend Bright Cross animal clinic. My cats both have health issues and I contact them frequently - they are always helpful and accommodating. We are impressed with both doctors and all the staff. The office is clean and very cheerful. Their love for animals really shows.

They always acknowledge you and keep you informed as to what is going on with your personal situation. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Myburgh and Dr. Gettinger. Everyone at Bright Cross was wonderful and welcoming. Loki and Raven, our 13 week old Corgi puppies had a great first visit at this clinic! Dr. Ojolick was friendly and informative. She answered all of our new puppy parent questions. (we had a lot) Danielle and everyone else who helped with the visit did a great job too. I moved here a year and a half ago. We've taken all of our dogs here. One of them was elderly and started a decline and they were very helpful in helping us letting him live his best life in his final months. I have a rescue who was abused severely and does not like people. While all of the vets we've seen there are great. Dr. Ojolick had me bring my rescue in a couple of times before his appointment so he could try to get used to her. She had me come in on her lunch breaks so she could spend a few minutes with him. I brought treats and before I left, he was letting her give him treats. She sat down on the floor at his level and was great with him. Several days later, he acted as if he'd never seen her before (which he does until he gets to know someone, which takes a while) and she was wonderful with him. This rescue has never had a pleasant vet visit and where I came from in TN (because of him and his past, not the Vet), some wouldn't even see him. My rescue, Cliff was not happy there, but he was more calm (or less agitated) than anywhere we've ever been. She is the only one I take him to, and we use any of them for our other two dogs. Everyone there is very nice and friendly and you feel like they genuinely care about your pet, which hasn't always been the case at other vets I've gone to. When in TN, I drove an hour and a half to stay with a vet I loved, and would do the same here (but fortunately, they are only a few miles away).
