Muy irresponsables las personas que aquí trabajan, tenía una cirugía programada para mi cachorra y llego el día, la cita era a las 9 AM. Llegue 15 minutos antes, me atendieron a las 10:12 AM, entraron a mi perro para adentro supuestamente a su cirugía. Me llamaron a las 3:00 PM para que recogiera a mi mascota, cuando llegue no le habían realizado ningún procedimiento, ellos dicen que no pudieron acercarse a la jaula donde la tuvieron todo ese tiempo, además que nunca le quitaron el bozal. Aquí no regreso nunca más y te aconsejo que tampoco lleves a tu mascota. Gracias por leer.

Not the best place to take your animals. They do their job but you can’t go back with your animal and I don’t care for that at all. They have never seemed very warm and nice to me but I’m not saying they are this way with everyone there were points of being nice but just seemed rushed and no time. When I ask questions it seems like it is a brother to them. Not sure this is a vet office I’ll be coming to very much. My animals had a leg issue and they started with how much do you want to spend? With the current state of the economy I can understand the question but when I tell you I don’t have a budget I want to know if their leg is broken then that should answer the question. With my animal in its carrier the tech came in and just grab it and was not controlling how much it swayed around and leaned onto its side and placed it pretty rough back into the counter once they returned. Once I got to talk to the vet she told me we can’t see your animal today other then just first look could not do X-rays or anything else due to staffing issues and being over booked. Why was I told to come in if you can’t help or know you are already over booked. Not saying this is a bad vet clinic just not the best fit for me and my animals. Would I return if no other choice yes I would. Just my personal two cents from the limited times I have been here.

response: I said nothing about budget, this was more about the time you had open to see an animal in which the owner is sure they had a broken bone. Update on my animal they does have a femoral head break the ball of their femur was broken off in which I found out at another vet that was able to take images. As I stated before I would return if I needed a vet for my animals.

We have been using All Springs Veterinarian Hospital for 8 years now, and they take care of our 4 dogs and to be 2 cats. They have 2 locations Wellborn, Fl and Live Oak, Fl. We use both locations. The staff has been great for the most part. At times, we have had issues in the past, but worked thru that. We are animal lovers and look for a place that will love our fur babies just as much. They are good about discussing the care plan prior to treatment and give recommendations, and let you decide what treatment plan is best for your furbaby. The Live Oak office has a grooming place next door, which is very convenient. This visit we went for vaccinations for our Dashasond Myles. They were so good to him. He is very stand offish, but he went right with them. The veterinarian, after talking with us, recommended Cerenia for his car sickness. Our poor little guy can't go for a car ride without throwing up, so we are really excited to see if the medication will work for him. She started to give the medication 30 mins to an hour prior to the car ride. Medication should last for 24 hours. We are hopeful. And they trimmed his nails for him. He is one happy boy after his visit. Minus the car ride. We definitely recommend this office for all your furbabies needs.

I love the vets and staff in welborn clinic They help with my sphynx To my domestic cats to newborns that were bottle babies Helping me save some kitten's lives their prices are fair I love the female vet and all of this staff is incredibly loving and caring thank you for helping keep my animals alive and healthy

One of my dogs became ill and took him to our vet at the time, All Springs in Live Oak, didn’t have an appointment but was willing to wait however long it took, they turned us away without any kind of assessment, not my pets veterinary anymore, we were lucky to find another veterinary whom not only made themselves available realizing the urgency they took care of my sick dog with the upmost professionalism and care, since then they have also cared for my other dog, they love their new vet and so do I!! Btw,, also realized once compared to our new veterinary’s bill how overpriced All Springs is.

All Springs is a very good place to take your pet! They treated my little Pom so well there and informed us of everything. Their prices are extremely reasonable! The staff are very kind and treat their patients like family. I highly recommend this place and will definitely return for my pets needs.
