We take our 110 pound Great Pyrenees Anatolian Shepherd here. Dr. Tony and his staff are wonderful. Everyone is super nice and go out of their way to help and answer any questions. Our dog is super protective of his family and they accommodate well with this and everyone tries to make him as comfortable as possible. Each visit our dog gets better and better. Our cat also comes here and we have also taken our bearded dragon and our husky here as well. We have been going here for years. Very happy with their services.

We are a senior / Hospice dog sanctuary and long-standing client of this amazing veterinary practice. From scheduling our appointments to the appointments themselves, Dr. Tony and his staff have always been friendly, caring and very knowledgeable. We are never rushed and the time is taken to address our questions and concerns.

With the help of Dr. Tony and his staff, we have had to say goodbye to many of our senior / Hospice fur babies. These decisions are never made lightly and we have relied on this wonderful group of people to help us make the decision best for our pets. Every single euthanasia experience involved an open discussion, careful consideration of the issues at hand but most importantly…compassion for the tough decision we were faced with and the ultimate loss of a loved one.

Dr. Tony and his staff fight the good fight alongside us - ensuring our senior / Hospice dogs are getting the best care possible. It is because of this, we trust Dr. Tony and his staff implicitly.

I’m writing this on behalf of my best friend, Toffee. Toffee left us on September 14. He wasn’t feeling well—he wasn’t eating on his own but wasn’t refusing the critical care I was giving him. I took him to Dr. Tony’s office to check him out, and after the examination, Dr. Tony said everything seemed normal but suggested it might be dental issues, as Toffee had previously undergone a dental procedure. I trusted his judgment.
The next day, I dropped Toffee off for the dental procedure and picked him up afterward. Dr. Tony mentioned that this time they had to keep him under anesthesia for an extra 10-15 minutes but assured me he should be back to normal by Sunday. I trusted him, thinking everything was fine.
When I got home, I didn’t want to disturb Toffee, so I let him rest for a couple of hours. Around 7 p.m., I gave him his critical care, and I noticed his eyes were bloody red, and he wasn’t moving. I kept telling myself that everything must be okay, or else why would Dr. Tony have sent him home? Later, at 11 p.m., I gave him his critical care again.
The next morning, at 4:30 a.m., I woke up and found him unconscious. I rushed him back to Dr. Tony’s office at the Animal and Exotic Medical Center. All Dr. Tony said was, “I’m sorry, my deepest condolences to you and your family.” He didn’t even confirm if Toffee had passed away at that moment.
When I picked up Toffee’s ashes, I asked Dr. Tony why he hadn’t confirmed if Toffee was dead when I brought him in. He told me he had checked after I left, something that should have been done in front of me. I can’t help but wonder if keeping him under anesthesia longer than necessary contributed to this outcome. I still don’t understand why Toffee had to stay under for extra time, and why no one consulted me about it.

I’ve been taking my 2 now senior dogs to Dr. Tony for 14 years.
He’s done surgery one 1 dog and literally got down on the floor with the other dog when it was time to go over the rainbow bridge. He has such compassion. You won’t be disappointed.

Bring your pets here!!! I have been bringing our dogs to Animal & Exotic Medical Center for over 10 years now. Our oldest dog has been seen over the last few years for liver, heart and now spleen issues. I didn't know what was going on at the time, but Dr. Tony has always been so knowledgeable, caring and professional in everyway.

The most recent visit was eye opening. She needed major surgery at the age of 13 and has now recovered 100% so she is living her best life. Dr. Tony took the time to answer any questions or concerns we had regarding the procedure and different options we had and also informed us about the recovery phase. I am so thankful to have such a caring and amazing vet to rely on these last few years with all we have been through. Of course the staff at the office called the following day to check in on her and they have every time after any procedures that have been come our way. Everyone at the office was so nice and excited to see her come in for the follow up visit to get her staples removed. Thank you for everything Dr. Tony!!

Dr. Tony and his team are great with handling our challenging but sweet English Bulldog, Winston. They have been quick to be able diagnose previous issues and have gotten him on the necessary treatments/ medications. They also have great communication and easy to schedule with and discuss any fee inquires.
