I cannot say enough wonderful things about LOL Animal Hospital. Dr.Mahlman is our go to Vet and she genuinely cares about my babies. They always discuss how much things are and what I really don't need to spend money on. I have 3 dogs, each with unique personalities. From excited and happy to see them, to one that is SO scared and anxious. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my babies. Thank you for all that you do! We have been going here for now over 10 years and I wouldn't trust anyone else.

Absolutely an awful place to go. I have never been so disrespected in my entire LIFE.I cannot believe how they treated my friends dog. This is NOT a good place to bring your animals. They made his dog suffer for over a month.

Also they are extremely dishonest and will lie to make some extra cash. Your best bet is to go anywhere but here. Please share this along because my good people, I do not want you to get scammed and abused.

We are from out of town and needed our dog to have the gift of euthanasia. The lovely people at this facility fit us in and made us feel welcome and unrushed. We felt our dog Goku received an honorable and painless death. The staff were wonderful and the doctor was great

We had a wonderful experience here with Dr. Highbrown. My labrador needed ear medication, and our previous vet could not get us in. Land o lakes animal hospital had an opening and got us in the same day. This will be our veterinarian office from here out.

Lost my dogs ear medication that the Vet at LOL animal hospital had prescribed. . It’s an ointment, that I only had used a few times and he got better right away. They had prescribed one for my dog for the last 6 years on my yearly visit. So now my dog is in pain with the recurring ear infection. We were at the office 6 months ago but as I mentioned I misplaced it and could not find it. When I called them for a refill and explained I misplaced it. They said you need to bring in to do tests on him. I had spoken to the vet there before and explained we live on a farm. My dog is always jumping into the lake and gets these infections (swimmers ear) a few times a year. Why can’t they just simply refill the ointment I lost? Because they want me to spend more $$$. They really do not care about your pet . Its all about how much they can drain out of you $$$. When the receptionist said the VET will NOT refill the ointment unless you bring him in. I mentioned to her that Christmas had just passed and also the beginning of the month. That I could not afford to bring him in to do a test, that I know once I give him the ointment he is literally better a few hours later. I also mentioned my dog is in pain please help! There answer was an outright, NO we can’t help unless you bring him in. By golly it’s an ointment! It’s obvious that there intention is to make as much money as they can. When I said I would write a negative review on them. She said we do not care. Funny that’s exactly how they feel about your pet. Zero compassion! Shame on you! I Will never go back there again!

Called by mistake as I would never take even an enemy to this vet office. I would have given zero stars but doesn't let you. They string you along money....more money...more money and my pet never got well. They are still as rude and unprofessional. Especially the manager with tight pants.
