La experiencia en este “hospital” fue absurda y completamente innecesaria, llevamos a nuestro perro por una consulta y mis hijos tuvieron que solicitar repetidamente los resultados de un examen duplicado y el reporte médico que nunca entregaron, porque nunca hicieron un reporte, solo nos dieron el estimado de una cirugía que solicitaban sin siquiera un reporte. Primera vez que un lugar nos hace vivir esta experiencia, no confíen a sus mascotas a este lugar, es triste ver cómo siguen abiertos.

En este hopistal entrenan a las asistentes como vendedoras. Acabo de mudarme y mi perro se enfermo asi que lo lleve a este lugar despues de cobrarme $1200. Me lo entrega una asistente en la sala de espera con una receta para tratar la diabetis. Mi perro esraba hinchado por todos lados. Al preguntarle por que? Me dice que el dr lo ve pero que debo hacer mas xr placas otros $ 389 cuando me niego irme sin ver al dr. Alfin nos permiten verlo. Descubro que el ni siquiera habia visto las primeras placas xr Por las que pague $689.
Sospecho que era todo el liquido con que lo habian hidratado.
Por favor nunca nunca nunca lleve a un ser tan querido a un lugar donde lo unico importante es $$$$$$

Como clinica buena pero hoy llame para preguntar por las cenizas de mi perro que hace 3 meses pague y aun las estoy esperando y me trataron como un perro Eviten este lugar

TERRIBLE! Incredibly poor service right from the start; on Saturday, 10/28, I took my dog for a dental check after he hit his front teeth playing at home. First, I had to wait for over 1 hour (with appointment). After collecting my information, I had already explained that I had recent blood tests, but the young guy (Javier) told me they uploaded those but they needed new samples for “coagulation and anesthesia", weird but ok, they took new blood samples. After an extensive wait and the doctor spending only 3 minutes with my dog, he tells me we need to extract 4 teeth, which I was expecting, and that they'd provide an estimate for the surgery. When I left, they only handed me the estimate WITHOUT A VISIT REPORT, saying they'd send it via email. The estimate stated that 8 teeth needed extraction with no further explanation (because they never sent me the doctor's written report). Additionally, I realized they had conducted the SAME blood test my dog already had from Banfield. Just to charge me the almost $400 I paid on my visit.

As expected, they never sent me the report or results. I reached out on Tuesday 10/31 to request the visit report and resent the email, but received no response. On Thursday morning, 11/02, I called the office and a very unprofessional lady (Alejandra) told me they saw the emails but they wouldn't provide the blood tests or a report because the doctor hadn't authorized it and he was in an emergency. I called again three hours later, and the same lady (front desk) informed me that “no clinic provides blood tests or written reports without the doctor's authorization” and that the doctor was still in an emergency. At 5 pm, I went to the clinic in person to request the tests, and I saw the doctor walking around. The same lady, Alejandra, told me that the doctor hadn't approved the report. I waited for approximately 30 minutes for another lady (Pamela) to come out, and she rudely informed me that those tests belonged to the clinic, and no place would provide them, also mentioning that they hadn't even reviewed my dog's previous blood tests, which is why they conducted new ones UNNECESSARILY, charging me twice for the same test. They finally gave me a “report” -which was only the information I gave them from the beginning- and the bloodwork results that they just made up while I was there, 5:12pm (foto reference). Besides being dishonest, they are extremely rude and impolite. It was the first and last time I left my dog in their care. It TERRIFIES me to think that I could have left my dog in their hands for a surgery, knowing they only care about money and don't even bother to maintain records or seek professional reports before discussing any procedure. WORST EXPERIENCE.
Ps. They upload fake reviews to keep their stars, be aware of this place.

The best vet in south Florida! Dr. Rupp and his staff really show how much they love their jobs. I took my hamster in for a check up and they were a bit busy, which I understood since it is a dr.’s office. They were able to find out what was wrong with her and provided the best care possible! Thank you to all the staff for your loving care for my pet❤️

Academic & Community Resources

My African Gray has been going to this establishment before they left their prior location a few miles away. Without notice, they closed their practice. I understand the circumstances and empathize with Dr. Rupp wholeheartedly. On their social media page, there are instructions on how to get records. I have been trying for months, and the company does not have my pet's records. Where is Dr. Rupp? Where are the records? There are certain responsibilities per the Florida Department of Professional Regulations. If anyone has information, please let me know. Thanks.
