Dr. Reynolds was absolutely great! The moment we met him we knew Ares was in good hands. He removed her stitches, and examined her. When she came back she was calm and not scared. He explained everything to us thoroughly, was sincere and compassionate. We felt at ease and we were very lucky. If you need an ophthalmologist I highly recomand him. The vet assistant: Elizabeth she was knowledgeable, she gave great tips and advice, she also demonstrated how to apply the medication which we are pros now thanks to her. I can't thank them both enough. I felt safe to give my baby girl to the vet to be examined and My baby girl felt cared for.

We were referred to this specialist vet for our Coco, our primary vet was worried about his gallbladder being swollen and this is the only location closer to us who specializes on gallbladders and let me say the staff is super friendly and very helpful. They had scheduled an appointment for October 14th but since they saw we were worried and couldn’t wait till that date they bumped up our appointment date. They got Coco done for blood work and an ultrasound and gave us great news that everything was very fine. The vet tech and doctor who saw coco made us feel relived that there was nothing to be worried about.

Highly recommended this clinic! I trust that my dog is getting the best care possible for a neurological condition that likely isn't seen often. The staff was very thorough in diagnosing him and offered a few different options for treatment. Learning my dog had a brain issue was scary, but they were very empathetic in helping us understand what was happening. They were especially sweet with my son. My dog’s health has improved so much, and we now go there every few weeks for continued treatment. Staff knows him by name, and they take such good care of him.

Dr. Fitz has been so informative during this whole process of finding out what's causing my little Smokey's pain. She and her vet techs have all been so kind and compassionate to me and Smokey. Smokey is dramatic and loud and they are still so good to her. I appreciate everyone involved in her care. Feeling like my dog is in great hands and being fully informed and educated about my dog's care is super important to me and I get that here. Thank you so much for caring for my little Smokey ?

I'm genuinely surprised to read some of the negative reviews for the nonemergency side of this hospital. (I've not been to the emergency side and cannot speak to it.)

They have been nothing but compassionate to me and my wife as we work through the final few months of my cat's life. Dr. Byrne made sure we understood all of our options for lymphoma treatment, and tried to always provide alternatives when financials were tight. When things went wrong that were ultimately outside of anyone's control, she made sure we tackled every issue before coming back to his treatment plan. Every consideration has been made, and when we ask difficult questions, she gives us honest answers. We trust her wholeheartedly with our son. The front desk and the vet techs are equally as pleasant, and even when we were late for our initial appointment, they still saw us and helped us through.

I'm grateful for the time LVVSC is giving us now with G. He's the first cat me and me wife got as a married couple. It's difficult, but they're making it easier for him and for us.

This place has always operated like a family run business in a small town. I know most of the doctors/techs and they truly understand the loving bond between people and their fur family members. My general practice Vets office also knows and has good working relationships with the personnel over here.
