Dr Z and the rest of her staff have been amazing for my family of critters from snakes to dogs for many years. As a vet tech myself I have a very high standard of care that I expect from fellow veterinary professionals and everyone at AAH exceeds it every time. Not only are they great at the medical part of the business but their reception team is top notch and always ahead of the curve as well. On top of all that they care deeply about their patients and their clients.

I never write reviews!!!!!! Are you kidding me?! Ruby and Dr Zellner are the real deal! I have never had quite an experience like this at a vets office. They both listened to my concerns, and actually care about your pets. They didn’t make me feel rushed, and explained things in a way that made sense. The customer service and level of care exceeded my expectations. My parrot even gave the Dr kisses. I drive over 30 min to get to her office. I won’t take my lovebird anywhere else. She’s the best. Run don’t walk if you are looking for a highly educated, caring and compassionate team. A+++++++++

Some of the best veterinarians in the business. Have been going here for 10 years. As well my daughter goes here with her dogs. My parents with their dogs and bird. We've had many pets and Dr Z has always been there when they inevitably transition to the great unknown. They've been there through joy and sorrow. Staff are courteous and loving to all out pets. Whether they fly, crawl or walk on four legs.

We took our baby Guinea pig for his first checkup. The staff was amazing from the beginning to the end. The veterinarian assistants were so friendly and helpful and very thorough. The veterinarian was great also. We were impressed.

I have been a client of Dr Z's for years. We've brought in reptiles along with our cat and dog and she loves them all. She is very down to earth and I always leave feeling like my pets have received the best care.

I only live about 25 minutes from Dr. Zellner’s office, but I would drive hours to get to her and her assistant. They both took time, answered questions, was so caring and gentle with my cockatiel, Tweety. Honestly, I can’t say enough good things, it would take pages. Trust me, this is the place to go with almost any pet you have. She does it all!

We have visited @AvianandAnimalHospital many times and most recently they were very busy! However they offered those of us waiting with our furry families fresh coffee ☕️ and an apology and a smile. The customer service is excellent. Dr. Marie Passarelli has treated us (both pets and humans) with compassion.

My birdies get the best of care here! Dr Z is truly a “bird whisperer,” and her staff is very compassionate and accommodating. ?

The only feedback I can offer is that I wish you guys had more availability for emergency cases; often times the veterinary ER’s don’t really (as Dr Z puts it) “speak bird.” (Or maybe I’m just spoiled because Dr Z is so good, and nobody else can compare lol.)
