I think this is a very good facility with caring and hard working staff. I feel that my loved one is receiving excellent care. The food is good and the place is clean. The staff are kind and attentive. I am very happy that she is placed here.

I would prefer that they think twice before taking a patient to that place, the care of patients is terrible, I took my father a week ago and I had to take him on the 2nd day because he was with the pampero all day and no one changed him to the point that his parts were burned, I had to treat him at home with baby desitin because his parts were burning without looking at the food, which is disgusting, nothing for patients with stroke, I give it 0 out of 10 in comments and on top of that they send me the police and CHILDREN AND FAMILY CLAIMING THAT MY FATHER WAS IN DANGER, what madness

My husband was a patient until he passed away and, although the outcome was not what I had hoped for, I was always happy with his care and treatment here. The staff was competent and willing, compassionate and kind. The therapists, nurses and especially the CNAs were wonderful. Big hugs to Janelle and to Cindy and Ana.

Find someplace else, this place is very low rent. I was there for a week
for antibiotic IV therapy, Both the staff and "nurses" are very non-professional, working at places like this because they cannot get hired in a hospital. They use bad language and vocabulary, I asked one nurse what the medications she was giving me and she replied "I don't know". The staff is very loud in the hallways at night. I was there for 7 days and was sent to the ER 3 times because of incompetent nursing staff even though both my surgeon and the ER doctors said there was no need and sent me back to this facility almost immediately, I had to pay a $75 co-pay for each time they needlessly sent me to the ER. The only positive thing was the food, the food was better than what I received in the hospital. Buyer beware, do your research before you or a loved one gets checked into this facility.

Why are your patients not getting there medication seems to me if not then someone must be stealing what is the problem people need there meds and getting food they are allergic to don't they read files he is allergic to shell fish iodine some one needs too look in to this not a good place
