Dr. Flanigan and her team fit us in on short notice when we were visiting from out of town. She took the time to explain and make sure we understood the plan for both of our dogs. They were efficient, professional, and caring. It’s always stressful when something happens to your pets when away from home, so it put us at ease to have their help. I've bee trusting the care of my fur babies to Dr. Flanigan and her team since 2010. During that time my dogs have had surgeries, well-visits and everything in between including assisting my beagle to the rainbow bridge. The care at every life stage of my dogs' lives has been given with knowledge, empathy and support. There is no one I trust more to take care of dogs than Dr. Flanigan and her staff.

Went for an emergency visit for my dog (I’m from out of state) for blood work and an X-ray- they handled everything well there BUT they way they handled everything else is less than stellar. My dog has lymes and needs a 30 day dose of her antibiotic. I was told they would be sending me a prescription and a link to get her medication that never came in my inbox. Called the next day, they seemed to have the wrong email so I corrected it and they said it would be sent by end of day, still nothing. I had to end up calling my home vet instead to make an appointment to get her the proper medication. I’m disappointed, lymes is not something to mess around with especially when it’s active.
