Today was our first visit to PV Vet and it could not have went better! We have a 9.5 year old chocolate Lab, who is transferring from a different clinic. Dr. Thivierge saw him and immediately diagnosed several things. He saved us a bunch of money with less expensive treatments first to rule out issues. You can tell how much he cares not only for the animals but for the owners and their experience. He sat on the ground as our 100 lb dog licked his face, what Vet would take the time to gain the trust by doing that?. I was so impressed and so happy we came to see him, I wish we would’ve sooner! I would Highly recommend this clinic and Dr. T. Any reviews about wait time should be a good thing, because you know they are taking the time to fully treat the animals and thoroughly answering questions. You do not feel rushed at all. Also they prices are absolutely the most fair in the area. Thanks again, Dr. T! We appreciate you so much already!!

I can’t say enough about the incredible team at Palm Valley Veterinary Center. From the moment I walked in with my French Bulldog, Rocky, who had just been hit by a dog, the staff demonstrated exceptional professionalism and compassion. Bianca, Jordan, Paige, and Maddie were already waiting for us, ready to take action with a true sense of urgency.

They immediately reassured us, offering beverages to keep us hydrated and creating a calming environment during a very stressful moment. Their kindness and understanding made all the difference.

Dr. Kelly Pampalon was exceptional. Her expertise and swift response gave me complete confidence that Rocky was in the best hands. She explained everything clearly, acted with precision and care, and took the time to ensure we felt comfortable and informed throughout the process. Her professionalism and genuine concern for Rocky’s well-being were beyond what I could have hoped for.

This team truly went above and beyond, and I am deeply grateful for their outstanding care and attention. If you’re looking for a veterinary clinic that combines top-notch medical expertise with compassionate service, I highly recommend Palm Valley Veterinary Center.

I took my Lily in when she wouldn’t eat, and was very lethargic. Dr Mack said that he would like to run some blood test and an x-ray. This took around an hour so I left and came back when they called me. He ever so gently told me that the outcome was not good and I had a decision to make. He went over everything in great detail with the bloodwork and the x-rays he was very thorough and he performed all of the test himself.

This made my decision a little easier for my Lily to go over the rainbow. I cannot tell you how compassionate and helpful his entire team was. His compassion for my Lily was overwhelming. He truly cares and puts his whole heart into his profession. I will go nowhere else.

We adopted a dog from FUR and his name is Roy. Roy was taken care of by Dr. Mack when he was brought in initially. Dr. Mack saved his young life. We continue to take Roy to see Dr. Mack. Everyone including all staff are great. I highly recommend Palm Valley Vet Center!

For the most part they are great! However, sometimes Appointment times are much like going to the real doctor...... Had a 9 am appointment expected from past experience to be out by 9:30... 9:45 at the latest didn't get out till 10 and that made me late for work so wasn't happy that day! But all in all good staff and they really seem to care about my dog.

Dr. Mack and Alyssa were awesome today! Brought in my sweet angel Raine for a cut on her paw and not only was I taken care of quickly, but Alyssa assured me Raine would not be locked up in a cage when they took her to the back and that she’d be watched the whole time. Dr. Mack was informative as always and made sure I could give the medicine to Raine myself before sending me on my way. Very attentive to my dog and could not ask for a better team. Good prices too, I would’ve probably ended up paying twice at my old vet.
