I took my Sammy on Tuesday! I begged..." let me let him go with some dignity" he refused...he said " treatable!" My Sammy spent his last 48 hours in an strange vet...on ivs...I held him and said goodbye a couple hours ago! It was a recurring issue! Stencil...I'm not going to say...Dr...was cavalier...the staffed couldn't find his records...he only went there four years! I think Vicky and Stencil are MONSTERS...retirement can't come soon enough for them... my Sammy was FOUR years old! They did not care or have ANY empathy...at all...none!

We have been to this vet clinic since 2022. I was not very impressed from day 1. They are very out dated from the office to even just hand written charts. They don't email or even have fax . But I wanted to try and support a family owned local place. The vet himself is ok, just not very personable, and just seems to want to just get you in and out. And they seem to lack on the equipment to stay up date on doing tests for animals and the knowledge. But the reason I chose to take my dogs to another vet is because of the upfront mother and daughter. Vicki is not a very pleasant person. To work with animals, I feel you need to have compassion and empathy and that is something they do not have here. They have been rude to me a few times and I finally drew the line over a phone call. My dog is in end stage heart failure and had an episode of respiratory failure and I end up having to take her to an animal hospital. I called the office and the daughter answered the phone and after I explained what happened and wanted a follow up as that I had questions on what is next with my baby and what to do. She said she didn't know what i wanted her to do and that there was no open appointments. I said well if you get a cancelation, can you guys call me that my dog really needs to be seen and that I had been told she may not make it through the weekend. She said normally they don't have people to call to cancel and pretty much treated me like she did not care and that this was not important and was blowing me off. So instead of going off on on her for being such a uncaring rude person I just said forget it and hung up on her. Then to even get records you have to go get a photo copy from them because they are from the Flintstone ages and can't fax or email stuff. And don't dare ask them for a prescription for chewy so you can get meds or you will get a rude response from Vicki and they won't send it to them. I just would not recommend this office at all to anyone that really want the care that is needed for your loved pets. I feel the vet down played the seriousness of my dogs heart and how bad it really was and now I'm having to put my dog down. I'm not saying that's his fault. I just feel if he would have started her on meds sooner and explained her heart murmur how bad it really was, and her enlarged heart how it was putting strain on her other organs, and how bad her heart failure was that I would not be here in shock on what just happened to my baby. I went to another vet and they took us in, actually worked us in, and took the time and explained everything to us and have helped me more than ever. So just be aware and know you get what you pay for.

This vet does not care about your pet at all. All he cares about is getting you in and out in less than 15 minutes so he can see his next appointment. He isn’t personable at all and doesn’t even take the time to get to know your pet. All he cares about are the dollar signs. The staff is pretty rude at all lack personality.

Worst experience ever. This man is so unprofessional & doesn't care about your pets well being. He got frustrated when my 2 yr old Yorkie jerked her leg during blood draw so grabbed her hard yanking her closer then jabbed the needle again, harshly & missed her vein which caused it to blow up. I tried to discuss a waiver for the rabies vaccine because after he gave it to her last year she was horribly sick for 3 weeks. Covered in hives, wouldn't eat, very lethargic. I was worried she wasn't going to make it & called them to report it. That prompted me to do extensive research on the rabies vax and Titer studies. After educating myself further, I attempted to have a conversation with him about it and he completely lost his cool- Called me a liar, shook his head laughing and walked out of the room while I was mid-sentence. He doesn't care if your pet nearly died or if your pet dies as long as he gets money and keeps his agenda going. I have never been treated so poorly. I left shaking and in tears and I will never go back. If you care about your fur babies I strongly suggest you avoid this vet. He's a miserable old man that needs to retire. the building is also very old and dirty and stinks. Don't waste your money or harm your pet here. This nasty old man needs to have his operating license revoked.

Worst experience I have ever had in my life! Our pup was sick and the male veterinarian didn’t want to discuss anything except euthanasia. Told us there were no other options after meeting with her for 5 minutes. No labs, nothing. Cold and heartless attitude. His assistant was no better. Just stood there with a dumb look on her face and didn’t say a word. After he did the deed he set a box of tissues on the counter, said sorry for your loss and walked out. It was one of the most difficult days in our lives and he didn’t care. Our pup was just another day for him. To us, she was family. My recommendation to him, RETIRE! I would never refer this place to anyone! Absolutely disgusted with our experience. Take your fur babies somewhere else.
