I was very impressed with the staff. I have a beautiful large male dog that has issues with getting his nails cut. Infact, I have been to 3 vets in the past that could not do the job and even tried a seditive and still could not cut his nails. This staff not only cut his nails in less than 5 minutes with no drugs, they showered him with love. Very impressed.

Had to have my cat euthanized, never a good experience since this was twice this month. I have had to have many pets put down in my, over 70, years. This was the most comforting and pleasant experience ever. A quiet dim room with birds chirping and a soft fluffy bed for my pet.

This place DOES NOT CARE about your pets! I would never recommend anyone to come here. My dog Simba has an ear hematoma and we went May 14, 2024 for the vet to drain his ear full of blood. They never offered surgery in the first place. I was charged $475. Draining the ear is not effective at all. We dropped Simba off the 14th and picked him up the same day. The bandage came off days later and we see that ear looks the EXACT SAME. We go back today the 21st and they wanted to charged an additional $260 to redrain the ear and they couldn’t give me an estimate on the surgery because “the doctor isn’t here yet.” But I can only imagine that I would be charged more than $500. This was absolutely upsetting and ridiculous. THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT MONEY! Go somewhere else!

ZERO STARS!!!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE! The most DISRESPECTFUL, CONDESCENDING staff. I am so appalled by how the practice manager handled a complaint I made about “physician” Dr. G. Absolute garbage customer service at my pet’s new patient appointment. Specifically went in to treat my newly adopted kitty for fleas, among other requests that were not fulfilled. Vet dismissed concerns and just pushed their opinions onto us. Specifically requested flea treatment to be administered at facility due to inability to apply it at home (kitty is new to our home and is not comfortable being handled such a way) the treatment was given to us to apply it at home anyway. Showed zero care for our concerns what so ever. Over a week later and symptoms still show at home, called to discuss a resolution and per the practice manager there is none! She patronized me just like the “physician” did and said for an additional vet fee they can see our cat for a follow up. She proceeded to talk over and argue with me over this! 100% unacceptable and unprofessional treatment for patients and paying customers. If you want the best service for your pets DO NOT BRING THEM THERE! 0/10!!!!!!!!!!

I wish I could give no stars, if you want a vet that cares about your pet and wants to help them then DO NOT take them here.I dont know who the new company is that took over but they are aweful. It's not your furbaby they care about but they sure want your money. They're not concerned about you or your babies care. If your furbaby needs surgery and has to stay overnight there isn't anyone there to care for them and they want you to sign a paper stating you won't hold them responsible if anything happens. Oh and they won't allow you to bring your baby home. Its either there with no one or emergency vet overnight.
The rooms are filthy, when I asked to see where they do surgery I was told I couldn't. I wanted to make sure the operating room was clean. Because of my "attitude" I was asked not to come back. I guess caring about your furbaby and making sure they are getting the best treatment means I have an attitude lol. I did tell the office manager to kiss my @$$ on the way out. They don't have to worry because I won't ever go back. I will drive a bit further to micanopy Veterinary, I have never had a bad experience there. And their clinic is clean.
