After visiting several veterinarians in Coconut Creek we finally found one that knows what they are doing and cares for our dog, like we do. Our senior puppy has been struggling with itchy skin for years. We also get some sort of concoction for medicine and shampoo but never an answer. The staff was very knowledgeable and recommended some allergy testing so we could come up with a long term solution to proactively address the issue. Thank you to the friendly and knowledgeable staff at this hospital. Looking forward to many more visits where short and long term solutions are given.

Dr. Gordan is the best with our pet Jax. We never had a problem getting Jax inside the facility. All the staff loves him and they are always so kind and caring. The facility is always clean.

The whole team here is wonderful. It’s never easy to say goodbye to a loved furry friend, but they make it as comfortable as possible here. A few years ago my dog needed to get his leg amputated and Dr Beck helped
Me every step of the way. Not only did she recommend a wonderful surgeon who helped my Big boy but she also served as a shoulder to lean on.
She has a heart of gold.

I took my dog Churchill to Hillsboro Animal Hospital yesterday for a grooming. I have never seen such professional service from the front desk through the entire facility. Billy groomed Churchill so perfectly. He has never looked better. Not only am I using Billy and his excellent service but the hospital also got a patient for life. What a great facility and terrific crew. I couldn’t be happier. They also gave Churchill a complimentary wellness check. I’m so impressed.

Today we brought our elderly cat, Bailey in to this practice, and were truly blown away. Bailey has been having health issues, and we didn’t know what to expect when we brought him in. Elissa, our vet tech, went above and beyond listening to us, answering our questions, and being so sweet and gentle with our kitty. Dr. French made us feel so much better about Bailey’s health; she was incredibly knowledgeable and clearly explained all of our options and walked us through our cat’s treatment plan. We left feeling relieved and like we had a solid plan to get Bailey feeling better. Also, we were shown pricing for everything that Dr. French recommended for Bailey before they proceeded with anything. We had the opportunity to ask questions and pick and choose what services we wanted for our cat which we really appreciated. I’m grateful we found a vet we trust and feel comfortable with as we have 2 other pets at home. Also it was very cute to see our cat’s name up on the wall in reception when we walked in, along with all of the other pets that had an appointment the same day (see photo). I cannot express enough how amazing the doctors and staff at this VCA are. We have been loyal patients for almost 4 years now and every single encounter is an absolute pleasure. Dr. Beck is our primary vet and INCREDIBLE and when she is not available she ensures which ever doctor sees us not only treats us with the utmost amount of care but knows us like we have been seeing them from the beginning!
