My family has used this practice a couple of times for different dogs ? From start to finish, a great experience with Dr Buss ?. Happy with how they delt with some serious eye ? issues with our pets. The staff is caring and very professional. ? I would highly recommend ? 🙂

Scheduled an appointment on Dec 28th for the 2nd of January (really a week). They called me amidst holidays twice and left a voicemail threatening to cancel the appointment if I didn’t confirm. Who needs to confirm an appointment scheduled within a week amidst holidays? I dont like threatenings so I myself called to cancel and we will never do business here.

Diagnosis for my cat’s eye condition was accurate and monitored properly. However, I have to agree with some reviews and say that this place severely takes advantage and overcharges pet owners for medications. My advice is to search for your pet’s prescription online and order it from places like Chewy. Tacrolimus ophthalmic solution should not be $100 for a 15 mL bottle. I found it for a fraction of the price online. Shame on you guys for overcharging us.

I was so anxious bringing my older dog to see Dr. Buss for some eye symptoms. I had a wonderful experience and thankfully nothing was seriously wrong. The first contact was by phone and the person on the call was pleasant, caring, helpful and unhurried. There was no long wait for an appointment. The office was easy to find with parking right out front. The paperwork was minimal and policies were clearly spelled out and very reasonable. The office in Deerfield Beach was clean and had a wonderful couch for me and my dog to share in the waiting and in the exam room! The staff were very professional, but gentle and friendly enough that even my older dog let them do the preliminary testing and eye drops without much fussing. Again, the fact that they took the time to help my little boy calm down was very much appreciated. I also was grateful to be able to stay in the room with my dog while this was done. Dr. Buss was on time, professional and very friendly. He also took the time to let my dog adjust a bit as he took his time with the exam. He then explained everything in a way I could understand and answered all my questions. I felt very comfortable with him and confident of the care my dog was given. I thought the price for an exam with all the testing was quite reasonable. I highly recommend this professional, friendly team and would give them a sixth star if I could.
