The entire staff is phenomenal! Everyone was so helpful and caring. Dr Drygas was very informative and professional. I left there saying "wow" over & over again they were so good! I would definitely make the drive for my dog again & we live an hour away. It was well worth the drive. You can tell they do what they do from the heart for sure

Dr. Robinson is amazing. Our baby dealt with skin allergies and head to toe lesions and yeast infections for 8 years with no relief. After going through a strict diet for 8 weeks to narrow down what could be causing it and allergy testing she started us on a new treatment and our baby has been lesion free with healthy pink skin for three months, without monthly shots and she eats what she likes, no more special diets. She is like a puppy again, playful and her quality of life has improved 100%.

Make sure you use extreme caution with these people. I'm a disabled veteran who sacrificed everything I had to save my dog Conrad from lymphoma cancer. He was doing great until they screwed up his prescription refill on a Friday. I caught it after I got home, they said they'd straighten it out so I could pick up at the Publix in Freeport, but they never did. As a result my dog went all weekend without his necessary script, got violently I'll and by the time Monday rolled around I had no choice but to put him down. We did chemo from January to August and Dr Drygas pretended to be upset and said he was going to make it right with me, but he never did. When I called the office to discuss this with them, whoever answered the phone had an attitude and even said " well some of us have a life to go home to on Friday ". These people are 100% absolute trash and all about the money and nothing else. I highly recommend checking other places out. I know they will respond with " your name isn't in our computer " like they do to other people who use random names on these accounts, but it is. My name is Brent Loomis and my dog was Conrad. We went all the way to Tallahassee once a week for chemo treatment and I know this is one of Drygass offices so it's safe to assume they're all the same if run by him. You should read the reviews of his Tallahassee office as well if you need more help deciding if this is the place they crack it up to be. I wasn't lying, joking or looking for sympathy when I told him I'm a disabled veteran who lives in a van now because of the sacrifices I made to save my dog. I'm sure he just assumes that I'm too broke to take him to court now and that's why he lied and said " oh I'll definitely help you out. I have nothing but respect for the men and women who served our country and I want to give you some back because you devoted so much to your dog." So yeah, they pretty much took all my money and gave me the middle finger even though it was his incompetent crew who in a round about way killed my dog. I have nothing to gain by lying or fabricating this story, it's all 100% true. Don't forget to read the other offices reviews and you will see exactly what I'm talking about and see many other people who have been run through the ringer by these people. Thanks for reading and I wish you all the best, especially if you choose this facility, God forbid.

I also forgot to mention that the young lady at Publix in Freeport was blown away at how incompetent these people are. That was the 3rd time I had a similar problem with them and it took them hours upon hours to fix their screw up the first time. The 2nd time it took hours for them and I got fed up playing their stupid game so I drove all the way to Niceville to get his vet to fill the script. The 3rd time I wasn't so lucky because his primary vet had closed already and apparently the Drygas crew was too concerned about starting their weekend rather than fixing their screwup. It will be a cold day in hell before I ever trust these people with anything. I will take my dogs to Montgomery for treatment before I will these clowns. I'm perfectly fine with spending everything I have and sacrificing everything I have for my animals and I will, just never again with them.

I couldn't be happier with the care my dog has gotten at this clinic. Dr Robinson is fantastic, as are the supporting staff. Everyone took the time to let my dog warm up to them in the calmest, kindest way. Dr Robinson spent a long time with us on both visits we've had there, listening to my concerns and explaining the treatment plan in easy and informative language. Highly recommend their specialty care!!!

Dr. Robinson and staff are AWESOME! My girl Tatertot absolutely loved going there. She thought of the place as a playdate. They took great care of her and worked wonders on her allergies and skin issues.

10 September 2024 was informed by Capital Veterinary Specialists doctor that my dog Raven had lymph nodes in throat, and both hind legs and he wanted to start treatment immediately before obtaining the lymph nodes findings from lab. Asked about the pro’s and con’s and was told this was a easy treatment and the only complications were diarrhea and constipation. After procedure and payment of over $2000 for first treatment family was able to take Raven home same day.
11 September i stayed home from work to watch her after treatment and called Capital Veterinary Specialists to ask if treatment is causing her to urinate in house early morning, i was informed by clerk that it wasn’t due to chemotherapy treatment and to make an appointment to have family vet office see her. i thought clerk was going to inform me to bring Raven to one of their office, but i found out i was wrong.
12 September i stayed home from work again and noticed our little girl was no longer vibrant, happy, jumping, she was drooling and not eating so i thought she was feeling ill because of the chemotherapy treatment given to her just a couple of days ago. passed away while driving to family vet to see if the chemotherapy treatment was making her urinate in house and ill. since this was first appointment we should’ve waited for lab results but the doctor pressured us into doing the chemotherapy before all lab results came in. If i had known she was going to die within three days, we would have never paid for first treatment, and pills to be used after we get the first blood tests that will be received the week of 16-20 September. i know for sure that the chemotherapy treatment killed my loving girl.
