Went in because our dog was sick and not eating. I didn't have an appointment but they got me in at 9. They were busy but still got my dog's blood work done in an hour. Unfortunately I got bad news and Bailey was suffering from kidney failure. FYI if you're dog drinks alot of water that is a sign. I did not know that. The Dr was blunt and told it how it was. I appreciated. that. I left to pick up my kids and husband so they could said goodbye and spend time with him before the euthanasia. She let us know we had the room as long as needed.

After being turned away by 3 vet offices,(my jack chi was attacked by a pitbull, his arm was broken bones sticking out and bleeding!!)i went to what I thought was the er and I'm so glad I found this place! These are the most caring and kind Dr. and staff, they not only took us in right away and operated on my little angel and casted his arm, knowing I didn't have enough money with me! But after a group effort from friends and family we got the bill nearly all paid. But she wasn't as worried about her bottom line as much as she was concerned for my dog! I will never go anywhere but here! Worth the drive and the money! ( and my little dog is a brat),but they cared for him and I got to bring him home! God bless the whole staff!! Thank you to all of you!!

If I could rate them more than 5 stars I would. This is hands down this BEST animal clinic in the panhandle. I had an emergency situation with my pet last night, he came home with a badly hurt foot that was extremely swollen. I was able to get in contact with one of the techs last night. She secured me an appointment this morning. All of the front office ladies were an absolute pleasure to talk to. Extremely helpful, very nice, and just overall great people to be greeted by when you walk in with a hurt baby. Next, the vet techs, super helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Caroline was the vet tech that really pulled everything together for me. She is absolutely amazing. Doctor Jenny, she was so so so nice and helpful. She really cares about her patients and is very open to educated you as the owner and making sure you’re aware of the whole process of what is going on.

I really appreciated the service from Dr.Jenny and her staff. I was on vacation in Freeport and my dog ate rat poison, I contacted my Vet in Albany Ga, and informed them of what happened, they said I should get her to the nearest Vet as soon as possible. I called multiple Veterinary offices nearest to me with no avail then came across Dr. Jenny’s office, I called them and they said bring her in they were very busy but took us in and they were Awsome. They not only treated my dog but loved on her as if she was their own. Great group of people. I was so pleased with the price and service that I was given I bought the entire staff lunch. If all people were like that the world would be a better place. Thanks y’all.

I took my kitten here because he was having diarrhea. The staff and Dr. Jenny were so kind and helpful. The wait time to see the doctor was minimal, they attended me right away! I was also able to get an appointment for my sick kitty the very next morning. The prices are very affordable too!

Honestly, I really don’t have anything great to say about this place. I have given it two chances and I would just say it’s subpar care and customer service. The staff act like they don’t have time for you and the facility is filthy! It almost needs to be torn down and redone. Looks like no money has been poured into this place in years. The veterinarian makes you wait for at least 30 minutes in the exam room before getting to you and then feels like she doesn’t have much time for you because she’s running to the next patient. The pictures are of the filthy exam room.

Would recommend just paying the extra money and going to OnPoint emergency vet and getting quality care, amazing staff and facility!

Amazing experience. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Both my ferrets got their shots and flea meds. My animals were handled well and not stressed. It was such an easy and quick experience, I'll never go anywhere else.
