I’m from out of state and was with the same vet for 5 years so I was a little nervous about seeing a new vet but I’m so happy we came here! The staff is very kind and knowledgeable, their prices are great too! Plus they gave my dog tons of pets which I know he enjoyed. We will be back!

I found a kitten in a cemetery in town and knew the baby was underweight and needed to get into a vet right away. The first clinic I called was not taking new patients, so I called North Bay Animal Hospital. I feel that it was fate intervening. The staff at the facility have been amazing both times I've been in. I haven't waited longer than 10 minutes in the waiting room, and the testing is done in no time. Each and every person my pet has encountered has been so kind and caring toward it and gives treats and cuddles. Prices are reasonable, and they don't force their in-house products in your face. I absolutely loved Dr. Franklin and our kitten Bovine seems to agree!

I’ve been holding back on writing a review but it’s been eating at me so I feel like I need to share. We took our dog here since we moved here in 2021. We really had no issues until this past week. Our dog was scheduled to have surgery here last week on Monday. They said his operation was successful at moving his lipomas and he was sent home. He has several removed and had multiple stitches. We noticed he wasn’t eating after bringing him home so I called the next morning as soon as they opened at 8. I told the vet technician my concern of him not eating and she sent in some more pain medicine for him. After my husband got home he noticed that my dog was completely bloated. North Bay animal hospital had already closed so we contacted the urgent care vet on the beach. It was too late. He had a seizure and passed away in front of us. He died when we were on the phone with the urgent care vet trying to get him in and they had to listen to my screams while our precious dog was dying. We were completely devastated and still are. We were just trying to make our dogs life more comfortable by removing these lumps. I called the next morning crying telling them what happened. They told me they were sorry. The doctor asked me questions to figure out what happened and told me he thought it was bloat. It’s been almost a week now and they have not followed up with any sympathies to tell us how sorry they are. No card in the mail, no phone call, nothing. The lack of empathy is heart breaking to us. I wish they had more concern that morning over our dog not wanting to eat and maybe he’d still be here if they checked him out. Please be mindful of bloat (EDV). We had no idea this could have happened to us and our dog. We know now and it’s too late for our dog. In memory of Tucker (2016-2024.)

They put you on hold forever!! I was trying to call to tell them I would be late for an appointment due to an accident not which I was involved in, but that was blocking the road. They left me on hold for over 15 minutes. I got there eight minutes late and they wanted to reschedule my appointment I understand time management and appointments need to be kept but no fault of our own sometimes things happen this is not the first time I have been placed on a hold over telephone for over 15 minutes - do better staff!!! The vets are amazing but Office staff are very inefficient

I love this place. They are so kind to my little cat I adopted from the shelter. They were very knowledgeable and got him fixed right up when he had a respiratory infection that he picked up from the shelter. Very responsive and no wait time really. Prices are good too. Highly recommend them!

I highly recommend this vet!! We recently moved and they were able to see my golden within 2 days. I had just scheduled my husky an appointment and she had a seizure later that night. The staff stayed open late and was able to stabilize and save my dog! A staff member had reached out the next day to check on her. Touched my heart! Truly amazing place and people. Will be taking all my animals here. Thank you to the all the staff and Dr Robert Bergloff for saving my husky!

Great experience - they took my cat in that same day as an urgent appointment as he was not eating or using the litter box. We were not previous patients. The vet was very sweet and thoroughly explained everything, and gave us incredibly accurate estimates before we agreed to anything. Puff wound up getting some x-rays to ensure there was no blockage, and spent the day under their care. They are amazing people who obviously love their jobs and the animals they help. Puff has returned to his normal self and I couldn't be more grateful for their help. Thank you!
