I had an amazing experience at GoodVets. I went the first time to get my cat Foxy looked at for skin issues. The staff was incredibly kind and courteous and helped my stressed kitty feel at ease. Dr. Rubright was amazing she looked at and treated my kitty. They answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. The pricing for everything was also very reasonable and everything was discussed with me prior to anything being done so there were no unexpected surprises. I was so impressed I ended up bringing my other kitty Bella to be seen just as a routine visit, and when I brought Foxy back her follow-up we felt nice and at ease after the previous pleasant encounters. I'm happy to say my Foxy is doing much better and I'm extremely grateful to GoodVets and Dr. Rubright for the care and attention given to my pets and myself.

For once in my life I didn't have to wait for a long time for the doctor to walk in and immediately start examining my puppy. The doctor was very thorough and generous with her time and wasn't trying to rush out. She answered all my questions and reassured me because I was worried. She gave me tips for the future as well. One of my dogs was abused by his previous owners and is VERY nervous around new people and fairly traumatized from vet visits. He felt comfortable here almost immediately. At every vet we’ve ever been to, he spends most of the visit cowering beneath me. He even refuses treats from me while we’re at the vet. Here, he walked into the room and just laid down, comfy and chill. When the veterinarian came in, she had little cups and ReddiWip and gave both of my dogs pup cups. My nervous little guy went RIGHT UP TO HER and was completely comfortable. She had me keep refilling his pup cup so that she could examine him while he was busy. He never even knew he was being checked out! He did start to get nervous when she tried to look in his ears because that’s a trigger for him so she just backed off. She had me try to lift his ears but he got too scared and was trying to get away so she just skipped it. She didn’t want to trigger him and make him too scared to come back next time so we just let him be.

I really cannot recommend GoodVets enough. If you have a nervous dog who maybe gets judged because of his nervous growl, this is the place for you! They were so outstandingly sweet to my big baby.

Expect to spend about $1,200 on your first visit here. GoodVets will upcharge you as much as humanly possible... treat your pet for everything EXCEPT the thing you came in for... write the wrong Rx for your pet... charge you for it... and then refuse to fix it. You're better off going to the Humane Society.

Honestly, a high school science student could probably give a more thorough evaluation than these people. It's a clown show over there... you've been warned...

Just got a new puppy and GoodVets has been wonderful! The first thing I noticed was it is sparkling clean. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Justin even recommended other things I can do to make sure I have the healthiest and happiest little guy.

Highly recommend!! I've had to take both of my cats here on separate occasions and had a great experience both times. They are extremely thorough with the initial (free!) consultation, patient and empathetic with both of my anxious kitties, provide you with numerous options priced out in potential steps you can take for your pet's care, & do not pressure you into anything!! They are informative and understanding & I've never even had to wait. Love it here thank u for providing my kitties with such quality care 🙂
