We (+ 3 cats) moved to Birmingham from the
Washington, DC area and were hoping to find a vet and team who were knowledgeable and care deeply for our fur babies.
Dr. Rice and her team are exceptional. They are experts in their fields, and even called after an appointment to make sure the babies were doing.
The added benefit of booking online is a game-changer for us due to mouse busy travel schedules! Thank you, Dr. Rice and team!

We will never use another veterinarian outside the VCA network. The staff at Liberty Veterinarian Animal Hospital are family to us and our pets. Dr. Michael is absolutely amazing, and we are so grateful for her and all the staff.❤️‍⬛

I love, love, love this place. The staff are amazing. Every single time we go in, it feels like they are our own personal vets. We almost always see the same vet, and even when we don't, they still know the history of our animals and make the visit incredibly easy and convenient. I couldn't ask for a better team of human beings. Our cat, Aksana, is super thankful. And so are we. Thank you guys! ?

Long story short. They let us down in our time of sadness and need. After over 20 years of being our primary vet we were turned away on a Saturday with a life or death situation. Very, very sad and disappointed. I hope it was a one time occurrence and no one else has to go through what we did .

The worst! Was told I could cancel if not pleased--was not pleased, found they were as expensive as any Vet even with the VCA club. You can only cancel IF YOU PAY FOR THE FULL YEAR!! Buyer BEWARE!! Also membership ONLY GOOD at that location which is not open weekends! Feel like I was totally taken advantage of! Believe the people from 2 years ago are no longer there so check the comments!
Have talked with "manager" and told I can cancel but pay for the entire year--no refund and no early cancellation--RIP OFF!!

We LOVE VCA Liberty Park! Excellent customer service - They have come out to the parking lot voluntarily (in the rain!) to help get my pup if I’m in a hurry to get to work. They know my name, greet me with a smile and make me feel very welcome every time I drop off or pick my dog. My dog attends daycare here 3 days a week, and is always so excited when we pull into the parking lot! I cannot recommend this vet, particularly this daycare center, enough. I would give 6 stars if I could.
