I just visited here past Saturday for something that nobody ever wants to do. They made the process so easy. My wife, fur baby and I, were so comfortable. The only way I rest is because I know she does not hurt anymore. Thank you so much for the team, vets and everybody who works there. ?

Incredible staff of professionals. When our dog had an accident today on Thanksgiving, we arrived at the clinic and we met with three professionals. That went right to work on helping our sweet dog. I was very impressed with the knowledge, capability and diagnosis. If you have an emergency, this is where you need to go. These people are top shelf professionals and Courtney was an incredible nurse. We love her. She showed great care and concern.

Dr. Bradley took excellent care of our chihuahua, Lily. She was placed in an oxygen cubicle immediately upon arriving before paperwork. All the staff members were so kind, especially Cheryl, at the desk. The intake nurse was especially kind. When we put Lily down both Dr. Bradley and the nurse on at 6am were especially compassionate and explained thoroughly Lily’s condition letting us make the decision to euthanize. Lily was handled gently and with care.

The Staff and Doctor were exceptional! Sheryl was very welcoming and you can tell she is there for the care and love of your pet as well as the rest of the staff. They saved our sweet baby Cocoa. I cannot say enough good things about them. I truly cant believe that we actually have our furbaby with us now. She was lifeless when we brought her in and I thought we had lost her. They were so calm and kind, they kept me updated and didn't mind when I called to check on her. I will forever be so grateful to the staff that thad a hand in saving our baby. ?

My little yorkipoo Max was critical, but my vet office does not offer extended care during the night or on weekends, so we had to pick our sick baby up at the end of the day and drive him to Grayson County Vet Clinic for emergency overnight care. I am very thankful for this vet office and the care that was given to our little Max! They gave us a plan pretty quick after we arrived, so they could get paid. However, they refunded us about $200 when we picked Max up due to portions that were not needed afterall. We truly appreciate the doctor and office personnel and that they are willing to work all night and weekends to save our fur baby! Thank you!!!

Our pet was transferred to GCAEC for overnight observation/care due to surgery. Staff was courteous and professional. Answered all my questions and concerns. Vitals were checked thought the day and night with documentation.

I took my fur baby to Grayson County Animal Emergency, and they recognized her critical condition and began treating her before I even gave them my name. They were kind and compassionate and did not push me to spend extra money on false hope. Even though I walked out alone, the staff made it as easy for me as they possibly could.
