Dr. Yen is truly a special person; she is knowledgeable, personable, and caring. I am so thankful for all her recommendations, her devotion to getting answers, and for always putting my dog’s comfort first. She is honest and exercises good judgment when navigating treatment options. She truly cares about each of her pet patients. We loved her so much that, even after moving this summer, we planned to return for routine examinations and vaccinations. Unfortunately, one week before our scheduled return to Austin, my dog unexpectedly crossed the rainbow bridge.

The staff here are equally wonderful! Every time we walked in, they were friendly and accommodating.

Best vet I’ve ever been to!! The tech was so friendly and helpful, the vet was even better! I enrolled in their care club and my puppy’s first shots, microchip, preventative, and everything else is just $50/month!! This saved my life right here!! Got the whole shebang and they were so knowledgeable and kind, they did what they could to make her first experience at the vet a good one!! Thank you VCA!

Dr. Garza is very knowledgeable and immediately identified why my dog was sick, which was later confirmed with testing. She truly cares for the pet as well as the owner by keeping you informed throughout the day in case you need to leave them there for care. Dr. Garza informed me about my options once my bill was approaching $2,000 that day and helped me choose the best one. The front staff were also very kind and quick to find me an appointment since there are no walk-ins. Although my dog didn’t make it despite their efforts, they were comforting and truly cared about pets and their families.

The staff here is so patient and so caring! Get the Care Club! You will save so much money and gain peace of mind, especially with a senior pup! Our 15 YO Banjo suffered a back injury and developed food allergies all within about three months this summer. VCA Care Club saved us! Anytime we were concerned, we could take her in for no appointment cost and if they couldn’t squeeze her in, we could take her to the VCA urgent care centers which also honor care club. Dr. Yen is an angel! I highly recommend.
