They also caught a vital mistake on some paperwork and we were able to correct in time to get everything sent to USDA for final step to make our trip to France this week.

We have been bringing our puppy to Gulf Gate Animal Hospital since we got her two months ago. Everyone from the office staff, the vet techs, and doctors has been superb. Everyone is always friendly, and Dr. Christina has been incredibly helpful with navigating vaccines and other issues that have come up. As someone who has worked in vet med, I can’t help but have high expectations when it comes to vet care…..Gulf Gate provided thorough yet friendly and compassionate care during our first appointment. I have begun taking my chihuahua Charles here, after hearing wonderful things from so many different friends in the area. I work at a local pet resort, so I heard these wonderful things from people with pets of all sizes/breeds/shapes. I immediately felt comforted by the extremely friendly staff when I walked in for my dog's first appointment. Everything was explained very thoroughly, but in terms you don't need a veterinary degree to understand. They took my dog's individuality into account rather than giving me blanket answers to the general questions I had. I never once felt as though they were trying to dupe me or sell me on services/products I didn't want or need - what a refreshing feeling! Every visit reassures me I made the right decision in trusting Gulf Gate AH with my dog's healthcare.

2024 update: in the 6 years since writing this, I have added another dog to the family and both continue to see Gulf Gate AH. I have yet to have a bad experience. I am truly appreciative to have them as my dogs’ care team!

My dogs have been seen at GGAH since we moved to Florida. We have 2 very large dogs and the prices are still so reasonable. The vets are wonderful, very knowledgeable combined with a great compassion for our fur kids. I can't imagine a better place for my dog's veterinary needs. The rest of the staff, from the welcoming front desk assitants to the very hard working vet techs make each visit timely and calming for our less than thrilled dogs. We are very grateful to GGAH for the extraordinary care they always give.
