Our great Dane has been going to them for 9 years. Unfortunately we had to put her to sleep. Before that option Dr. Gentry tried everything he could to save her and make her comfortable. Even going up tbeir at night to check on him.It was our first time every meeting him and he is a kind soul that loves his job. We nornal see Dr. Baker (who we love) he came out to tell us he's sorry for our loss. This place is friendly and definitely will always have our family business.

Great service. Very friendly people. They took great care of my injured cat quickly. He showed up with a bad wound. No idea what caused it, but they were still able to fix him up.

We love everything about this business!! The staff are always so friendly and accomidating. Dr.Vaughn and Dr.Baker are awsome!! Dr. Vaughn has been treating out goats, cows and dogs for about a year now and could not ask for better care!! We really appreciate them!!

I absolutely love this place! I worked here for a year before becoming a stay at home mom. Dr. Baker truly cares about each and every animal that comes through those doors and the techs do too. We would cheer when happy things would happen and we would cry when losing that beautiful cat/dog we had been taking care of. Dr. Baker and now Dr. Vaughn provide top notch care and they try their best to make prices reasonable. I truly miss working here but I know that every animal is still being very well taken care of. I can’t even explain how wonderful these people truly are!

Our family has utilized Equine Associates Veterinary Clinic, Dr. Baker for some time. Dr. Baker is among the most knowledgeable Vets in Middle, GA. However, a young blonde female in his office staff has been less than professional of late. It is certainly understandable that we all have bad days, but her actions are less than professional. It would behoove his office manager to educate her in the value of people skills. This kind of issue can make or break a business. We love this clinic, however, I believe everyone should be treated with respect, especially when the cost is among the highest. A good attitude & a smile go a very long way.

I would leave no stars. I took my dog in for a simple neutering. Unfortunately the policy at this facility is to keep them over night. Never had that before when neutering a dog. My dog died because of this rule and also because they neglected to give him sedatives if needed and they have wholes in their kennels to feed them through. Just like many of your dogs, my dog gets very anxious when away from home so a hole in their kennel.Of course he's going to try to get out of it. And apparently killed himself in the process. This could have been avoided. Neglect that's all I have to say. Ollie was a member of our family and now he is gone because of their neglicence

Dr Baker, Dr Gentry and the staff at this hospital are absolutely phenomenal!! We can’t thank them enough for all they did to save our girl! We called in on Friday and dropped our Doberman off as an emergency. She had to be hospitalized and have surgery for an obstruction. They were caring and kind, loving and supportive and I could tell how much they all love what they do and the animals in their care! We are forever grateful patients at Baker Animal Hospital!!!
