Although staff is polite, communication is important where I was surprised with not only the excessive cost of wellness checkup, but also when using grooming services later to find I was charged an additional $20 for a prescription fee since ordered from Chewy's. Although I mentioned that I typically order from Chewy's during the checkup, there was no mention of any additional charges when doing so; Howerver, there was alot of upsell attempts to upsell. Very disappointed with my experience to say the least where I may not be back.

They are absolutely amazing .. I won't use any other vet for my boys.. they take really good care of your babies, and are really nice.. they listen and they care...I recommend them 100%

Irwin Animal Clinic is awesome!! Dr. Hill and all of her staff are knowledgeable, efficient, caring and love their patients. They have been so good to our 18 year old chihuahua, Noel.

Our Noel passed away on 6/12/22.
Irwin Animal Clinic was very caring and helpful having her cremated.

This was a delightful change to the awful experiences we've had with vet clinics around here. They were very caring and gentle with our animals. Very quick In and out service. All of staff was very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend and will most certainly be back.

Brought our fur baby into this place of business as we and our family has for years. Unfortunately after our last visit dr hill said she couldn’t see anything on the X-rays to explain our dogs pain and limp. She prescribed an anti inflammatory/ and pain medication. We was instructed to have him rest up and be easy during the course of his medication and to let her know if it doesn’t get better. So yesterday they called to check on our dog. To which we informed the clinic there has been no change. When I called at 9 this morning to inquire if there would be any additional charges I was told yes. I was told we would need to pay another office visit and dr hill would give it a second look. I explained that I shouldn’t have to pay for another office visit given nothing was found the first time and our dog still had no change. The receptionist said she would have dr hill call me as she couldn’t make decisions on this matter. After waiting all day for a call back I decided to go into the office at 4 today. I waited for a hour to speak with anyone that may be able to resolve this matter or answer my questions. Unfortunately the response I got from the receptionist was dr hill was to busy to come speak to me and my only option is to pay another office visit. This is a horrible way to do business and seems it’s just about the money with this clinic.

The staff, the Dr.Mrs.Hill. They have beyond helpful to our family with our dog. He leg got broken in accident with a vehicle. They got me in quick, and went right to work on our baby. They didn't even know me and but treated me like family. So grateful for there work and professionalism. The staff and Dr.hill explained everything to us.(They will work with you, if you work with them by keeping your word). I have only had one experience with animal clinics (which was bad in my opinion), and this before was the best experience. I Highely recommended this team/family (irwin animal clinic)?
