I cannot say enough great things about PetCare Animal Hospital! My dog is naturally very anxious, and when she broke her toe, I was worried about how she'd handle the stress of treatment. From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredible.

They were patient, compassionate, and went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable. They handled my dog with such care and gentleness that even she seemed calmer than usual!

The treatment itself was thorough and professional, and they made sure I had clear instructions for her recovery at home.

Love all the doctors there! Dr. Dodson is the one who performed my Millie’s surgery for spaying and teeth extractions. She did amazing, I was nervous for my little one to have surgery. She calmed me down and told me she had been performing the surgery for years. She also called and followed up before & after her surgery. Healing was fast and my Millie was back to her happy self. Thank you so much for giving excellent care to the animals. I understand there are many days that can be rough but you guys handle things so well. Thank you for the receptionist for excellent customer service. You all deserve more than a 5 star review ! We will keep coming back. Thank you!

We have used pet care associates for several years. Having 3 cats and a dog that are all rescues, they have all had several trips to pet care! Yesterday we had to take Dunkin in for an emergency visit. We were able to get in early and were seen by Dr. Lora Scarboro. We have had Dr. Lora before for other routine and emergency visits. Dr. Lora is wonderful. She always has a smile on her face and you can tell she genuinely cares about your pet and doesn’t view them as just another visit/exam. Her empathy is easy to see and comes across as very authentic. Today(Saturday) she texted us this morning and wanted to know how Dunkin was doing and if we had any concerns/questions. If you need to have your pet seen for a routine visit or for an emergency, I highly recommend the pet care team and we especially like it when we get to see Dr. Lora.

Best vet I've ever used! The staff is always so friendly and accommodating. They treat my dogs as if they were their own. They take care to make the visits very comfortable and non-traumatic to my fur babies. I highly recommend them!!
