We absolutely love bringing our chocolate lab and cat here! The service is always exceptional, and the staff truly goes above and beyond to make sure our fur babies are well taken care of. It’s clear they genuinely care about animals, and that makes all the difference. We always feel welcomed, and our pets do too!

The Ark Animal Hospital staff was amazing (they were so kind for a difficult situation involving my mother and her dogs). They were able to get me in same day and help my mom's pup get the care she needed. Sweetie, her dog, is very timid (she was a rescue) and one of the staff (I will update once I get the name when we go for our follow up) was able to get lots of licks before we left (I was really impressed with how comfortable and kind they were). I would recommend Ark to any of my friends or family looking for a local Vet in the Hiram/Dallas area!

Wonderful place! Sanitary, friendliness, knowledge, care, understanding, puppy pack and exam was worth the low price. I never would have expected such a big place to be so careful and attentive and also reasonably priced. I'm faithful from now on!! They also do surgical procedures and are well known. Dr. Bowen was kind and taught me a few things. I'm very grateful for the experience. Willow was content and not afraid.

Caring, thorough and took the time to explain everything to me so that I can understand. My dog has an autoimmune disorder and it’s complicated so I appreciate the extra time he took to call me personally to go over the blood work once that came back.

Every time I’ve been here I’ve had bad experiences. They’ve called and canceled appointments, they’re always having issues with doctor availability. I switched my pets back to a vet 35 minutes away from my house instead of here which is 5 minutes from my house due to the terrible experiences we’ve had here.

The ladies up front are so kind and even the vet techs. I’ve never had someone there be rude to me or unprofessional however it’s inconvenient that mostly every appointment we’ve ever had there got rescheduled or canceled due to a Dr not being available.

TodayI tried to take my cat there after being discharged from Westside Atlanta Emergency Vet because he needed to be hooked up to more fluids and had a fever of 105, Westside left his iv in and transferred his records to the Ark so he could continue treatment there, when we got there they informed me there wasn’t a doctor available and we’d have to go somewhere else. This was my final straw with them and their issues with Doctors. How is there not a doctor available? They referred me to East Paulding Animal Hospital and that’s where we went and I highly recommend going there instead of here, it’s only 5-10 minutes away from there and the doctor is actually there!

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Always very pleased with the kind staff. We hsve been going there about 15 yrs. And always happy with the care. The boys actually want to go inside now Instead of being hesitant when they realize where we are. Dr. Bowen had always been amazing. We are decimate going to miss him now that he retired.
