? hoy marte4_18_2023 yo estoy triste por mi perrito Peewee ? que ahora está muy malo del corazón i mucho mas de los dientes i el especialista me dijo que pewee tiene quebrada la mandíbula ? i a pewee el único veterinario que lo atrasado es este veterinario en tonces creo que cuando le le hicieron la limpieza de los dientes le quebraron la mandíbula lla fueron dos veterinarios que dieron su misma opinión yo ciempre confie en el veterinario desde hace 12 años que llevo mis perritos ahí i ahora no sé que pensar ? I met someone who raves about this place. I called them on November 22, 25, and 26 2024 and left a voice meseshe. The phone went to the voice message again. I hung up and called back again someone picked up the phone and hung it up in my face. I called several times and left a few messages and no one even bothered to return my call. How unprofessional is that? I think I’ll pass on trying this place because the way that they handle Customer Service is not my type of place. I wanted to bring my pet but If I can’t get anyone on the phone to start with that spells trouble down the road for me. Good luck to all who wants to risk using this company.

Great place to take our dogs. Prices are reasonable even when I get 2 kinds of meds plus a shot for when my dog got poison ivy . Usually they will take you in if dog is ill. Our journey will be with them .Thank you

My mom has been coming here for years for our pets and they’ve always provided the best care for the most affordable price.

Most recently, my uncle’s cat became sick suddenly and he took him initially to the I-20 clinic that not only charged him thousands but also wanted to euthanize his cat. Thank God my uncle brought his cat to Sam’s where they literally saved his cats life. The staff is so kind and the dr is the most knowledgeable vet in town. Thanks Sam’s for taking great care of our pets!!!

I brought in a small kitten that I had just found in a parking lot and knew that the kitten needed desperate attention. They were helpful enough to get them in to be seen, but I knew initially he had an upper respiratory infection and eye infection. Lord knows what else was wrong with the poor kitten… however, they noticed first off, that he had ringworm on him. The vet had confirmed that he had a ringworm, asked me why I didn’t have a carrier for the cat when I had just found the cat. They were quite rude and dismissing my concerns such as upper respiratory infection and conjunctivitis, they gave me medicine for ONLY the ringworm and rushed me out the door noting that my bill was $142 for just this one thing they clipped his toenails checked him for ringworm and gave him medicine and charged me $142 . Highway robbery is wonderful phrase to relay what an inconvenience my newfound pet was to this facility . The fact that I was rushed out, told that he had ringworm and he had no concern for his other issues that needed to be treated was very bothersome and I feel ripped off completely 100% because they didn’t address his underlying issues nor did they take concern. They didn’t listen to his lungs, or notice his shallow and rapid breathing nor his shivers from the possible pain he was in due to a possible injury… they didn’t follow any of the normal medical protocol or procedures you would do to examine a kitten that’s under duress. A full day later, I had to take the kitten to emergency care because they ignored the reason I brought the kitten in to begin with. Everyone else might actually be happy with the services they receive here. I’m hoping they’re longtime clients but the experience I had as a first time client made me want to cancel the secondary appointment I made for his follow up. I will be taking him to my normal veterinarian from now on, I do not recommend this veterinarian due to how easily they quickly dismissed me and my For this very ill kitten. The emergency vet took care of my overall concerns for the health of this little baby I picked up out of a parking lot. Maybe next time someone comes in with an urgent need to be seen hoping to establish a new veterinary relationship for the rest of my animals, don’t be so hasty to get me out the door and OVER CHARGE me for the minimal services I was requesting and the kitten was in need of.

I took my 7 month old chiweenie to them to be spayed and I was incredibly happy with the service. They are a fine example of “Don’t judge a book by its cover”. Will definitely be using them again.
