Erin is the most heartless human being I've ever spoken to. She was combative, rude, and lacked basic empathy or care. Our dog just passed away and she has no compassion. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS THERE!

My daughter's budgie was sick and Dr. Cawley was the only avian veterinarian I could find somewhat close to me (a little over an hour). I called and was able to get in that same afternoon. Dr. Cawley and all the staff were absolutely amazing. My daughter did not want to be in the exam room bc she was upset and couldn't watch or listen to her sick bird. When Dr. Cawley finished the exam and treatment, he went out to the waiting room to tell my daughter what was going on, what to expect, etc.. The next day, he called to check on the bird's condition, to see if there was improvement, and to discuss a game plan for the next week. The office manager gave us a stack of information on proper budgie care, the vet tech was engaging and compassionate - the entire experience left me lamenting having ever taken a pet anywhere else!! I most definitely recommend Animal Hospital of Nesbit Ferry all.day.long!

So happy with my service at this hospital. I took my baby bearded dragon here and he was barely alive. The doctor was honest and told me not to get my hopes up and be prepared if my pet didn’t make it because he was so sick and tiny. Doctor kept him for two days so I did not have to travel back and forward from over an hour away to get his care. During our time apart he called with updates and staff was okay with my constant calling to check on Sammy. He took very good care of my baby and educated me on how to properly care for him when he gets home. Sammy made it home and I am now nursing him to back health. I’m just happy he is still alive and hoping he makes a full recovery. Staff went above and beyond to assist me and was so kind and welcoming. So glad I chose this hospital compared to the ones near me just on the care and service of staff alone.

I’ve never been to see a vet for a gecko before but it was great! I had no idea they needed to be seen for parasites. Dr. Cawley and the staff were great! They spent lots of time answering all my questions…(there were a lot of them)and they were very patient and kind. I definitely recommend the Animal hospital of Nesbit ferry.

They have taken care of my little one for 3 years now and the doctor here is amazing. He is very thoughtful and supportive of new pet owners. Always give great advice. Never feels like he is trying to sell me anything. The whole staff is kind and gentle with the animals. I only had 1 incident which was with the groomer who nicked my dog pretty bad and didnt even bother to tell us. If you make a mistake admit it and lets find solutions. I dont like to discover wounds. Especially when it comes the the health and saftey of my puppy.

Dr. John is the best! His staff is caring and very efficient and helpful. Our dog developed Diabetes and they have been fantastic to her and us. Thanks much.
