I’m also adding to how impressed I am with Vincent and the team at the USDA. I’m moving to Europe and required hard copies of my pets’ vet status .. found out just 9 days before departing and it totally stressed me out. With my awesome vet at Butler Creek in Kennesaw, we submitted paperwork online with a scanned overnight return UPS envelope on Tuesday morning to Vincent who in turn got everything done and returned to my vet’s office by Thursday before noon! Such a relief!! Thank you.

This office not only tremendously went above and beyond to help our client, but they stayed late as well ensuring that everything was properly completed. I had a great experience here. I called twice before I came and it was easy to set up an appointment and they knew more information about this and I was able to direct my vet’s office to them to make sure everything was put together.

The customer service was quick, just make sure you have everything in order. I received my paperwork from my vet last minute, and therefore, didn’t have all of my paperwork (vaccination records, picture) they prefer a print out of these. However, the staff member gave me an email to send the documents to and I was able to still get everything submitted during my appointment time.

Parking is easy and the building is easy to find and navigate.

Prices may change - but usually $38-$58 to have your paperwork approved per trip (but check your country information for travel to know for sure).

Please note, you can actually have your vet send in the information for you electronically, which means you don’t have to go into the office for some countries. Unfortunately, my vet wasn’t aware of this and I had to come in because of my timeline. Please reach out with questions or call this office for detailed info. Excited to find this office was so helpful during this detailed process.

I think there is one employee for this location. Emails are not returned in a timely manner or phone calls. Please hire help for the one gentleman that has been able to assist me from time to time once reached.

Seriously under-staffed. Having an appointment makes no difference - average of 1-1:30 wait even with an appointment.

I cannot express how helpful these folks are here at this office. We had a last minute submission for a client traveling, and Tommy and Vincent went FAR ABOVE AND BEYOND to make it happen for our client. They stayed late, called with questions and helped me through every single step of the process. When the mail in got lost - walked me through how to set up my VECHS login and even rushed my renewal info a couple days before that. Tommy and Vincent are unbelievably helpful - I cannot even fathom how they got less than 5 -Stars here at this office. I must have had to call over a dozen times and never did they get frustrated or short with me - and even called me to tell me it was all set and shipped as an update. UNREAL. I haven't had better care anywhere in any service industry. These gentlemen deserve a raise!!!! Just an unbelievably great experience. I did not expect the quality and care of service I got, especially on a Friday afternoon, staying late after a long week when we know we just all want to go home and spend time with our families and doing the hobbies we love. I'm SO THANKFUL. If I could change one thing, it would be they said we aren't allowed to send thank - you gifts or gift cards... but they truly went above and beyond and deserve more than a verbal thank you.
