En ese lugar llevamos nuestra partitas y no quedó embarazada y la segunda ves nos quieren cobrar de nuevo no le aconsejo que vallan a llevar su perros hay y yo no regreso más 1060$ dólar perdidos

I wasn't going to write a review because I am a forgiving person and I know that things happen in life that are sometimes out of human control, but perhaps this could have been prevented. We took our 6 month old cat to get spayed earlier this year. She was the funniest and most loveable cat we ever had. They called after the procedure and said everything went well and she was in recovery. When I went to pick her up, they went to get her and came out empty handed. The secretary (maybe she was a tech, idk ?‍♀️) took me to a room and said "I'm sorry but your cat is dead." My heart sank. They asked if I wanted to do an autopsy to see what may have happened; I said yes. They never called me back. I left them a message and didn't get a call back. I never saw or heard anything from the vet. Thankfully, they refunded the charge. Our family is terrified to get any cats fixed after this experience. It will not be here. This is the last picture I took of her. ?

Awful place!! Won't let you speak to the vet or even a vet tech. If you care about your babies and want reassuring about a surgery or procedure DO NOT GO HERE!!! Place smells. Unprofessional staff that could care less about your concerns! They kept my deposit money, it's ok though my baby is still alive and well. The stress I felt sitting in that waiting room left my body when I walked out with my baby in hand!! Some clients before did not get that relief!! Just be warned a good deal is not worth it sometimes.

Be aware that you will not see or speak to an actual veterinarian. You are only permitted to speak to the tech. They supposedly "explain" everything and then they run back and forth with your questions and concerns to the vet, which is not a quick process. I was there for about 3 hours for a surgery consult and in the end was sold nearly $200 worth of more meds and told to come back in two weeks for a biopsy to see if surgery was necessary. If I had been able to have a conversation with the doctor I could have explained that getting meds into my cat is impossible and I did not want to see her suffer for another two weeks. Because the vet does not actually have to converse with the humans, I wonder about their approach and empathy.
