Katie was amazing! She helped me with everything I needed to know about adopting a dog possibly from Gwinnett county animal shelter. From diet to exercise to sleep habits. Also Dr. Noah was super cool too.

They do a thorough search for symptoms and run test to determine what is wrong so that they can give you the best treatment possible for pets. Love Royston Animal Hospital. They were able to fit me and Gucci in on very short notice! They were very nice and accommodating and helped me find the best financial way to know what Gucci might be dealing with and how to deal with it! All staff were very nice to us even though we were very last minute and were taking up a lot of time and had to stay a bit after closing! Very knowledgeable, helpful, nice, and understanding. I know Gucci liked them too!

This team is patient, calm - goes above and beyond to understand each pet and their needs. With a highly protective and somewhat reactive rescue GSD, this is a blessing. Our visits have been uneventful and every necessary precaution has been easily taken supporting our ongoing training to overcome these issues. THANK YOU ALL

My senior kitty Smokey was deathly sick with an upper respiratory infection. Dr Megan said he needed to be hospitalized but I explained I really couldn’t afford that. She gave me an alternative option. She gave him some injections and fluids and sent us home with meds. It’s been over a week now and he is almost back to his normal self. Thank you for the great care & quick appointment! I recommend this facility.

I have 8 rescue cat. So it can be difficult get them to the vet for there deworming and rabies. Royston animal hospital is always ready to help. They visit my home and make sure all my cats are well taken care of. ? it's great people like them that make what I do possible. Thank you so much! We love you!

The doctors, techs, and staff are amazing! They most recently helped with my 8 year old cat, but I have been with them for 20 years! I drive an hour just to get there, but it is SO worth it!!! They are knowledgeable and compassionate!!!

Absolutely fantastic vets work here! My husband and I have brought all six of our dogs and our cat to Royston Animal Hospital for several years now and we have never had a bad experience. They are very responsive whenever we have had any emergencies pop up and are always so caring. Most recently, our boy Bear (in the picture while we were at the hospital below) didn't feel well so we brought him in, but they perked him right up! Excellent clinic and always reasonable with cost
