Vet techs , Manager , Doctors , Ambiance were all superb !!!
Speed of visit was speedy too !!!!

Bonus points for my fur child instantly running to our vet tech (Katie) and sitting on her feet.
Katie was very helpful and reassuring in my visit.
The manager Amanda had just as much as a warm spirit as the rest of the staff.
Dr. Roberts not only was so easy to talk to and helped stop my fears.
She also handled my fur child with the most extreme love and care for all procedures:
a rash, fleas, and a new rabies vacation.

Extra bonus points for offering human treats.
— I was able to experience my first coffee and snacks at a clinic 🙂

Front desk agent Michael is horribly RUDE and not welcoming at all. He was originally at the Midtown location and is now at the Decatur location. Still with the same nasty, and snobby attitude. Walked In and no one was at the desk. No greeting for a long time. I had to call the line for someone to come up front. Ultimately they wouldn’t accept my pet because they say I was late. Although we’re pet plus members and long time client of over 3 years. However it was only a few minutes past scheduled appointment . Amanda Beejeski “practice manger” was not helpful at all. In fact she stated my fur baby serve eye issue is not an emergency. Not empathetic at all. Wouldn’t recommend this location.

Very good experience! The staff members and veterinarians are very good with pets and have very good interpersonal skills! Convienient way to pay without having to stand in line or wait. Spacious exam rooms. A bit pricey for this economy and you do not automatically get itemized patient record of what was actually done during that visit BUT you can call and ask for it to be emailed. Overall good experience!

DO NOT GO HERE, THIS LOCATION IS A SCAM! The doctor DID NOT call to relay the results i had to call twice in order to get in contact with the doctor to receive results on my dog 3 days after the original appointment. While on the call the doctor will go on a list of medical terminology to try and scare you to buy more lab tests than required. My dog was already diagnosed with hypothyroidism by the same company and after my wife discussed this with the vet she explains to me separately that she will need to conduct the same test in order to diagnose an already diagnosed condition. When the vet was explaining the physical exam she denied that my dog had "Distention" on his abdomen which is physically present if the test was actually conducted and after being confronted about the physical exam t not being correct she excuses it by saying " I didn't conduct the physical exam" and will have to purchase Xrays in order to see a physically present condition. They are trying to scare customers by under diagnosing your pets and overexplaining medical terminology. Dr Bradford was the reporting Vet that should NOT be trusted with your pets.

A great place to take your babies!! The staff was very kind and knowledgeable on my kitties checkup exam. Eliana was my vet tech, and she was AWESOME. She worked with my budget to find the most important vaccines for my kitty and was extremely helpful for his first vet visit. Love this vet!!

I switched from my old vet to thrive, and the experience was indescribable. My yorkie has anxiety, and she was very comfortable like she had been there before. Thankyou to the Dr. himself as well as his staff for such a great clinic. This will definitely be our new home.
