Multy millions dollars new clinic .
But not offering kanab resident any services when you have a dying pet .
They send you to St George's emergency
Almost 2 hours away .
Instead of driving 10 minutes .
CEO are customers of my place in kanab and I always accommodate them with their specifics needs . .this is called customers services
I do for the community .
Looks like they just spend donation money to spray pets .
Thank you again best friends for being so helpful toward your little community .
Don't be surprised why there's so much animosity toward your association .
I hope your vet won't be too busy today and could chat in their office

We trapped a momma cat and 2 kittens that were living under my daughters trailer, called Best Friends and they gave us the number to call to find out about the feral cat program. We got them in on Christmas Eve day to be spayed/neutered, they even received some vaccines!!! All for free!!! Pet cats are only $25! If we weren't living on Social Security I would have gladly paid! What a wonderful organization to do all this for feral cats, these 3 won't be adding to the cat over population!!! Thank you so very much for all you do!!!

10/10 experience I took my cat here to get spayed and they took very good care of my baby , when they brought her back to me she seemed calm and not panicked at all which she usally is with strangers . And the nice veterinarian who brought me back my baby was happy to answer any questions I had . :)!!!!

Twice they said they would contact me so I could neuter feral cats I'm feeding for many months. Twice they didn't because I dared to criticize BFAS for not following thru on other promises also not kept. Same old story: they feel they are not subject o criticism of any kind. BFAS is anything but the animals friends. How can you say no more homeless animals when you intentionally are allowing street cats to multiply? Hypocrisy at its best, the BFAS way.

We use the clinic for our pet vaccines and spay/neuters for our animals. They are always super informative, helpful and nice. More recently I had to schedule a 1-year rabies update for my GSD. I was super worried because he is reactive (especially at the vets office) due to a bad experience at a different vet previously. I emailed the clinic and they addressed all of my concerns promptly and helped make a plan to get my dog his vaccines while keeping everyone safe. I would definitely recommend them!

The people that work here are so caring. You can tell they really care about the animals. Went there today for my puppy spay and they made sure i was comfortable and knew all the instructions for after care. So far, so good! Their animal sanctuary is amazing as well! The tours show so much!

Took our four kittens here to be spayed and neutered. Extremely reasonable cost wise. They took amazing care of our little ones. It's a wonderful organization and I highly recommend supporting Best Friends.
