This place is great. The doc and all the techs are so friendly kind and gentle. They a very knowledgeable and just an absolute pleasure to work with. The receptionist is so friendly and helpful. We take all our animals to them. We highly recommend this place to everyone.

Under the current COVID-19 circumstances the service I received and the care given to my beloved pet Chester could not have been better. Rachael was wonderful, patient and reassuring. Dr. DeLong diagnosed what was ailing my sweet Sun Conure and prescribed a treatment that already has her on the way to complete recovery after just 4 days. I drove over 60 miles because I knew Dr. DeLong was one of the most experienced Avian Vets and the only one I would trust with the love of my life. Thanks

Took our African grey there for a visit. Wonderful experience! Staff was very professional and kind. Dr. DeLong was AMAZING, professional, very educational, and very patient. The information and education we received on our new family member was great. So much experience in one building! His bird handling skills were also super impressive! Would highly recommend coming here!

I have been taking my animals to both Dr Dawn and Dr Donnie for many years. They are outstanding doctors and their staff is fantastic. Always eager to help with questions or concerns and very easy to schedule appointments. They show genuine care for my animals and are compassionate to their needs. I highly recommend both of their offices for the care of your pets!

Dr. Donnie is the ONLY vet that that we trust when it comes to care of our dog. We went to several vets when our pup began having major digestive issues. A lot of money was spent, but no one was able to determine what was wrong with him. It wasn't until Dr. Donnie examined our pup that we finally got some answers and solutions!! Our pup has been perfectly healthy ever since. We recently boarded our dog at the clinic. We were nervous about it because he has never been away from us. Needless to say, he did great and they took excellent care him. Dr. Donnie, Amber and the rest of the staff are truly amazing!! The clinic is a bit of a drive for us, but absolutely worth it! Thank God for Dr. Donnie!!

Dr. DeLong is so caring and compassionate. My daughter had an older bunny who developed some growths. He sees bunnies and my stepmom says he is wonderful so we took her there for a few visits. She had the bunny for 9 years and was very attached. For our final visit for Bunbun Dr. DeLong was so great. His manner with my daughter was gentle but truthful, hard to find someone who is like that to a teenager. He rushed some tests and the bun had cancer. My daughter chose to end her suffering and Dr. DeLong was so compassionate and amazing. My daughter doesn't hug people, but as we were in the car getting ready to leave, she wanted to go back in and talk with him. She thanked him and hugged him. He is an amazing vet, cares for his clients and doesn't treat you like a dollar sign. He is a bit of a drive for us, but we will be taking our other animals to him from now on.
