Very fast nail clipping of my Lil Yorkie who hates getting his nails done but he felt comfortable enough with the tech to sit still so kudos to that! Definitely recommend!!

I have two chocolate lab puppies, my female guide and urinary tract infection at three months. Dr. Potts did not want to see her. I hung up the phone drove up there and made them see her. She has hurt her leg and back pulled a muscle and did not want to see her again, so I got somebody else to see her and staff was very rude so was Dr. Potts I am thinking about changing doctors I do not have patients for my babies getting treated rudely and when I need help I need help now And my babies are my children and when there is an emergency, you do not leave your baby alone and wait for somebody to call you on the phone to tell you somethings wrong I’ll live 30 to 45 minutes away. Gas cost too much to drive back and forth.

I brought my dog to Animal Medical Clinic multiple times for a persistent cough. Dr. Potts initially diagnosed it as allergies and prescribed medication. Despite following the treatment plan, my dog's condition didn't improve.

After multiple visits and discussions with Dr. Potts, I felt my concerns were not being taken seriously. X-rays were eventually taken and Dr. Potts diagnosed my dog with an enlarged heart, prescribing heart medication. She also mentioned that the coughing likely wouldn't improve.

Seeking a second opinion at Magnolia Grove Vet, Dr. Richie couldn't find any reason for my dog to be on heart medication as the heart enlargement was minimal. Instead, Dr. Richie diagnosed a collapsible trachea, and the correct treatment has dramatically improved my dog's quality of life. I strongly recommend considering a different vet clinic if you're concerned about your pet's well-being.

recently went in to get my 10 lbs malti-Pom groomed which they said she would have to be sedated because she was matted not sure why they didn't just use a muzzle instead of sedation. Pick my dog up and within a couple hours she was in pain and then began to have seizures I later had to drive to Warner Robins to the emergency hospital were she had to spend the night there. I'm unsure what happened at this location while being groomed but I do know my dog is scared, don't know her name and is no longer house broken and is constantly in pain only ones know what happened that day is the groomer and GOD!!!! Remind you she was a completely healthy 2 year dog I'm now out of over 800.00 dollars in vet bills from test and X-rays being ran at another local vet. I will never use this vet again please be aware!

Alright..yes the vet was nice..but..I was charged for an exam. If my puppy was examed she would of seen the ticks in the ears. I asked for her ears to be cleaned..not done..asked for nails to be trimmed not done. I know I'm not from here. But this pup and I relied on you for well visit and a proper exam to be transported away and safe for a new home. Just saying..you could of made more money off of me. But I'm happier knowing my regular vet will take better care of her. People of Laurens county I feel sorry for you.

HAD A BEAGLE THAT WAS BLEEDING OUT OF HER BEHIND. LEFT HER THERE. I CALLED AND ASKED WHAT DID THE X RAY SHOW..SHE SAID SHE DIDNT TAKE ONE HOW COULD THEY KNOW WHAT WAS HAPPENING Internally? BEGGED TO KEEP HER OVERNIGHT. GIVE HER SOME FLUIDS AND BLOOD. THEY SAID UNDER NO CONDITION WOULD THEY KEEP HER OVERNIGHT! SPENT ALMOST 300! FOR WHAT! NOT EVEN AB XRAY DONE MY BABY DIED WHEN WE GOT HER HOME..I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS VET TO ANYONE.. SOME PEOPLE USE HER BECAUSE SHE IS SOMEWHAT CHEAPER(NOT ANYMORE) YOU GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR. VET AND STAFF WAS UGLY TO US. WISH TO GOD I TOOK MY BABY TO A VET THAT CARED! O! SHE LEFT IN MUCH WORSE SHAPE THAN SHE CAME IN..WHO DOES THAT!!
