I cannot give them a high enough rating. My dog underwent a spay surgery the day prior with a vet who is not located near me. The following day she was experiencing pretty heavy bleeding which scared me and prompted me to start looking for places to take her within the area that was close. I called multiple vets within the area and as this was around lunch time most vets were out for lunch or they did not have any vets who could help. Finally after calling multiple places Flowery Branch Animal hospital was able to quickly get me in and the vet Dr. Stewart returned early from her lunch to help with my situation. The staff did an incredible job and Dr. Stewart did wonderful at explaining every step of the process and making everything transparent. The pricing was great and I knew exactly what to expect! I was able to get her looked at and find a solution for my pup. In such a scary situation I’m glad I was able to find such a great place to take my dog Freya. I will continue to be a repeat customer as they went above and beyond. I cannot recommend them enough!

The best!!! Took me forever to find a vet I loved. I drive an hour to get here, but it’s worth it! Their prices are reasonable and the vets are SO kind! They call to check in after every visit and they are always loving on my girl when I bring her! I couldn’t recommend them more!

They really care about your pets. I took my dog in there and she was so sick. If it wasn’t for them, she would be alive today. I think them and their staff they even gave me a discount to help me with the price so that she could have the surgery that she needed Now they have become a part of my family and Ellie’s new doctors

Nurse that came in the first time really rude, assumed things about my puppy that weren’t true and I was really offended and mad with the way she yelled and didn’t ask any question before letting me and my family even talk. Allow the doctor was very calmed and respectful, loved the doctor she was really good and understandable. And the checkout nurse that assisted me and my family very pretty and very nice as well. For the first nurse that was really rude she would’ve known that peeing due that the dog was nervous is NORMAL and she should have known that if she wanted to work with dogs the CIRCUMSTANCES WITH WORKING WITH DOGS. Before judging a dog for its first time in a doctors office I recommend to first ask questions to the owners before being really rude.

When it comes to my 15-year-old dog, I am extremely particular with his care. He had the same veterinarian for the first 10 years of his life who was awesome, but since moving from our hometown five years ago, we have tried a few different veterinarians, and have not had such great experiences. We recently moved to Flowery Branch and had our first appointment today at Flowery Branch Animal Hospital. I was beyond impressed and finally feel like we have an amazing veterinarian for our senior dog! From the moment I walked in the door, the front desk staff and vet techs were extremely kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. The same was true for our veterinarian, Dr. Hunter. My old pup has several different ailments and I am someone who asks a lot of questions, and everyone was so patient with me. Dr. Hunter was very thorough in assessing and treating my dog and I absolutely knew I was in good hands. I am so grateful we found this place!

We moved to Georgia a little over four years ago from Florida. When we first got here, we happened to drive by another vet's office which was so adorable from the outside, we decided to check it out and make that our fur babies chosen care provider. After a couple of years there, we realized that they were overpriced and just didn't offer the level of care and consideration we had hoped for. At this point, Flowery Branch Animal Hospital opened up and we gave them a try. Sooo glad we did!!! It's a small and intimate practice with doctors who care and show that in all the little nuances that you'd hope for. They are reasonably priced, go out of their way to support you, and are just right for our pups. So excited to have found them!!

Very welcoming atmosphere, the vet techs and Vet were amazing, took their time with me and my pet, answered all questions and genuinely felt like a little “hang out” instead of the typical rush of looking over my pet and good bye. I left feeling completely entrusted with the practice instead of feeling like it was just a business exchange. Glad to have switched to FBAH.

I talked to the manager and she begged me to take the review down so I did. I then called to ask for a refill for my dogs meds and they said they will not refill per Manager because I gave them one star so the review is going back up! This proves to me they don't care about your pet!
Dr Stewart being the only one working on the weekend I must only give one star.My dog has been on a thyroid med for over 2 years and when I took him in for annual shots she said he needed his T4 tested again which is a yearly test and he had his done just a few months before. She also told me he needed neurological testing done because he tilted his head. It was just an ear infection! Dr. Stewart pushed so many meds that my dog does NOT need. I don't like being intimidated to spend more money! I absolutely adore Dr. Hunter and Dr. Miller but I can't get any of my dogs there except on the weekend so I must find yet another vet.
