What a wonderful, compassionate Vet! My 22 year old cat suddenly stopped eating over the weekend-could barely walk and couldn’t get in the litter box. I had been taking him to Cerbatt Cliffs for 7 years. When I called them this morning they said to call back tomorrow! Poor guy was suffering! My friend goes to Dr Wright and they said to come over right away. So much compassion helping him cross the rainbow bridge! ? I will certainly move my other cats to her! Plus the cost was $140 less than Cerbatt quoted me. I can’t thank Dr Wright and her wonderful staff enough!

DR WRIGHT is great ? I trust HER with Smokey's care after seeing multiple veterinarians in Kingman, BHC, Las Vegas & Colorado. Thank you for dedicating your life to animals.

There are several reviews about receptionist issues. I've had negative experiences with that ONE person as well. NONE of which reflect on Dr Wright. IF that person chooses not to forward messages or tell Dr Wright you need immediate help, she won't know you called.

Dr Wright has responded to my emails numerous times, bypassing that person. It does take longer though. I believe Dr Wright cares about our animals.

This is the only place I will take my animals from now on! Dr Wright was the only vet that was willing to help my puppy not suffer anymore! Thank you so much again I don’t know what I would do without you! Rest in piece Oreo. I will miss you

Brought my 2 dogs in for just a shot. Cost 24.00 each. They charged 140.00. When I refused to pay the exorbitant fees they sent the cops. Never use them for anything. They are my dogs as well as my significant others. Your office just refuses to acknowledge it. Lola has been mine for over 10 years. I specifically forbade anything other than the shots. The proper action would have been to advise me of your policy. I would then have left without the shots. I told the person behind the counter to call the house and she would pay. Your people chose to call the cops. You wasted their time and mine. Many of your reviews have become negative recently. There might be a reason. perhaps you should have responded to the desk when I requested to speak with you. Have a nice day.

*UPDATE- Darla Wright's response to my review is nothing but lies. My response to her is posted in the photos. Please read.*

I have never had a problem with Wright until recently. A few weeks ago, I called to schedule my dog for his rabies vaccine and was informed that he needed a glucose check since he is diabetic. I made the appt, but unfortunately, I had to reschedule a few days later. When I called to reschedule, I was unable to get anyone to answer the phone. Then, hours later, I received a text message offering appt times that did not line up with my dogs insulin schedule. When I responded saying that my appointment needed to be 6 hours post insulin, they proceeded to question me about his dosing schedule and accused me of taking him to another vet since his insulin had not been dispensed in 2 years. I told her his insulin had never been dispense there because Dr. Wright had told me to buy it over the counter at walmart, and his dosing schedule changes slightly because of my work schedule. I found this sort of questioning to be extremely rude and accusatory, but booked anyway because I like Dr. Wright. Fast forward to current, my mom also takes her dogs there, and her shepherd was prescribed medication to help with his arthritis pain. She was warned about side effects of diarrhea, so when Bear started experiencing diarrhea shortly after starting it, my parents thought nothing of it. When it started worsening, my mom discontinued the medication and called Wright, only to reach a voicemail every time. Messages were left, with no return calls. Then 3 days ago, he began losing his appetite, and diarrhea continued. Another message left without a returned call. Then, 2 days ago, Bear became too weak to stand, was not eating, and was no longer drinking water. My mom called AGAIN and left yet another freaking message! No returned call. My mom them called 2 more times, finally reached a human at 4:30 pm and explained the situation and said Bear needs help and needs to be seen right away. After being put on hold multiple times, she was finally told to bring him in the next day and he would be "squeezed in" as an emergency visit for $200. Bear needed immediate freaking attention, and they did not give an inkling about him! My mother's 13 year old dog whined in agony all night long, and began vomiting blood in the morning when she tried to move him! She called the vet to see if anyone could help her give him a medication to take away his pain and suffering, and she was told, "even if he passes at home, bring him in". What the actual hell?! This poor baby whined, vomited, and continued with diarrhea until his breathing became labored and he finally passed away, less than an hour later. This vet and her staff did not give a flying crap about my mother's companion. He did not need to suffer in agony all night. All Darla needed to do was speak with my mom and help her to euthanize him or provide him with a sedative so he wouldn't suffer. If nothing else, Darla or her staff could have referred her to a place capable of helping her, since God forbid, they be inconvenienced by a sick dog so close to closing time. This place makes me sick! All 3 of our remaining dogs will be transferring care elsewhere. Dr. Wright and her staff should be ashamed!

Horrible customer service!!! My dog went there on a regular basis but when he got worse they wouldn't come to end his suffering(he's 165 pounds I couldn't lift him into the truck because I'm physically disabled). 3 days multiple calls they are horrible people who let an innocent dog suffer! I suggest going anywhere else!

I highly recommend taking your horses to Desert Pines in Las Vegas. They care about your horses there and are very thorough, it's not more about the money like at wright's office. Even if you pay up front and overpay for their x-rays ect. It's cheaper at desert pines guaranteed. So until we get a decent vet in kingman, desert pines is the place. Just ask anyone in this area who has horses. I'll never go to wright's office again.

Great clinic that does everything they can given their parameters! Would strongly recommend using their services. You can tell they care about their patients and clients by how they do their best to go above and beyond. Thank you for helping Dusty through his emergency situation!
