Love this Vet and the staff. They have cared for all of mine and my family's fur babies for over 30 yrs. Have complete trust and faith that Andy and Jake will give mine and all others pets the best possible care.

Very happy and have been since I think since the 1990s. As the practice grew, their quality and compassion stayed consistently in the excellent range. No doubts. The appointment process, intake and welcoming of the staff, professionalism of the medical staff all warm and refreshing.

I will take our pets nowhere else. The employees were all very nice. It went like clockwork and the best part was it was the least expensive Vet visit I've ever had. I was worried about our dogs nervous nature but they were great and it all went off without a hitch. I've had nothing but bad experiences in the last 13 years and this one has changed it all for us. We will be back.

This is the only vet I will bring my sweet little dog to. Dr. Tripp is not only knowledgable, but he seems to really care about the animals he sees. I would HIGHLY recommend taking your pets to see him or his quality staff!

Dont bother reading reviews on the office website, they only post glowing ones. How is that honest? Before taking your pet here and specifically Dr Potts, go to Yelp, Google and where theres a variety. Smaller animal and he cant peg it? Anti anxiety. He must have stock or get a kickback.

Mine was lethargic and hadnt eaten or drank anything in a week. Labs are fine, try meds and if they dont work, we will xray and barium, check for blockage. Given meds. Take her back in bc shes worse. 3 nights, each day I call and am told no change, needs those tests, keeping again. Call for results, am told oh hey, no change so gonna keep her n run those tests. Umm yeah. Said that yesterday, was calling for results. Can I speak to Dr Potts? Busy, will return my call.

Final day was the same...hey, think we are gonna check for blockage. Mention Ive been told that daily and Dr Potts never called back. She will remind him. 10 minutes later got a call. Super excited tech says she walked in the room and shes eating. Yaaay come get her, clearly better.

Except when we got home she was certainly worse than when I took her in. By evening shes clearly in pain so I call again. Since he wont return my calls can she at least have something for pain? He had time to authorize that. It progressively got worse, very quickly. Never seen an animal in such pain that wasnt in trauma. As an appt was being made to end her pain once and for all, she passed. I dont know if he knows his patient died, he never called.

I always see Dr.Potts for all of my animals care but the last visit, I had to see Dr Tripp. I must say that I was very disappointed in the care that I received from Tripp, I will never let him see my animals again! Services that I ask for Dr. Tripp ignored and only did treatment he wanted, this was extremely upsetting! At this point I'm not sure that I will be going back to this vet clinic

We are new to the area and my fur baby stayed to deteriorate rapidly and I had to make a hard decision at a quality of life appointment for our almost 18 year old dog. Sadly our first visit at this location. Everyone was so kind and compassionate and as sad and unwanted as this day was, they couldn’t have done any better.
