Our first visit was a rough one, we had to put our 16 year old Jack Russel to sleep after months of battling the repercussions of a snake bite. The staff was great . they were very understanding and comforting when needed the most. We later received a card of condolences and a paw print we'll have forever. One year later and we have not only relocated our other pet to the facility but just rescued/ adopted a new puppy and have visit #2 outta the way already ?

On March 8th, I brought my sweet little Lilith in for an emergency visit after an auto accident. After x-rays and evaluation, it was determined the best course of action was humane euthanasia. This was one of the hardest decisions I've had to make. The staff at Forgotten Coast were so compassionate and caring. Yesterday, I received a sympathy card in the mail with my baby's prints! This was the best gift I could've gotten during this time. Thank you so much for caring about the people as well as the animals. You've restored my faith in humanity.

We switched to Forgotten Coast in October/November 2023 and it was the best decision ever!!

They care so much about fur babies and it showes. They go above and beyond to take care of your baby. Their prices are reasonable, but you can't put a price on the love and care they show each of their patients.

We have had to send 2 babies over the rainbow bridge since switching and I cannot speak enough good words on how they handled both situations.

We love, love them and found our forever home.

When it comes to the health of my pets, timing is crucial and I had experienced too many other practices not answering their phones or returning calls, leaving me in a panic state of how I was going to access care. At Forgotten Coast, I can expect professionalism from the first point of contact to the final resolution of the condition. The receptionist doesn’t sound like she just finished a marathon and my call is a huge inconvenience. Humans actually answer the phone, they don’t forget to relay messages to the appropriate staff, calls are returned within a reasonable time, and appointments are made efficiently. Diagnosis and treatment is typically very effective, fees are straightforward, and doctor followup is provided to assess health outcomes which means they are concerned if treatment has been successful. I started feeling other practices were taken their clients for granted because business was apparently booming. However, comprehensive care and courtesy is something Forgotten Coast excels at, their level of professionalism is top notch. Most importantly, I feel they genuinely care for the pets they serve and empathize with the owner’s concern. I hope this doesn’t change with growth!

I thought that only happened to celebrity dogs on TikTok, not supermutts from Sopchoppy…

I wouldn't take our fur babies anywhere else. The entire staff is amazing, caring, and extremely knowledgeable. They take care of all of our pets - from old to new! I would trust them over any other vet practice in this area. We've had great conversations about care options for all of our pets over the years - all of which have left us informed and prepared to make the best decisions for our pets' care - regardless of how difficult a health issue we have dealt with or decision that needed to be made. They will treat your babies as if they were their own. 🙂
