This facility provided us with the best experience possible for our pitiful cat. We took him in to let him pass and were greeted with many soft spoken and understanding individuals. They were patient and let us take our time saying good bye to our Acer bud. I attached a photo of him when he was healthy. We were on a road trip and our 15 year old dog with Congestive heart failure was going into heart failure with respirations at 80 per minute! They saw us immediately. Everyone was caring and gentle, efficient and professional. They saved our Taco. We are so grateful ?. I would highly recommend them.

I went with a sick pup, called in advance and they put us right into a room when we arrived.
The tech and vet were both excellent. Took excellent care of this little girl.
The after care was the best, followed up the next day and when the test results came in they worked with my regular vet to get the prescription and records sent over for me to pick up locally.
If needed I will go back to this location, even though it us farther than others!!

Took my cat here tonight and they were so sweet and caring to him. I now realize that my cat probably could've waited for an outpatient appt but I was so worried about him. Thankfully the staff was very understanding and didn't make me feel silly for bringing him in. They were thorough with diagnostic testing while still being up front about cost. I will definitely go to them again if I ever need urgent vet care.

We had to have our family dog put down yesterday. I called and was crying like a baby. The staff showed so much compassion to my family and I. They allowed my whole family to go back with Jack while he crossed that rainbow bridge. 9 of us. They made me paw prints and clipped some of his fur for us. They were so sweet to us and our fur baby. Highly recommend this place to love and care for your babies.

The doctors and staff were professional and kind, but it's corporate owned and they will literally price gouge you to death as a result. They charged me almost 600 just for a bag of IV fluid for the dog which is just saltwater with a few cheap additives for your pet. It maybe cost them a few bucks. I ended up paying almost 3k a day just to keep my dog there and all they did was run a few tests and do one small blood transfusion from the freezer. My dog died because of their greed since I couldn't afford anymore treatment. The cost would have been north of 8k for 3 days of treatment which only would have given me a few more blood transfusions and tests to tell me what caused her to need the blood. It wouldn't have even covered the cost of surgery if she needed it, or medication, etc. take your pet anywhere but here unless you have unlimited funds. This place will fully exploit your grief. RIP, Penny, I loved you dearly and you were the sweetest girl anyone could ever ask for.

Priceless results. Our cat was barely hanging on and our regular vet was totally misdiagnosing over multiple visits... We told our regular vet to send a referral. From the moment we arrived everything began to progress.

Today our fur baby is healthy and happy.

First time attempted patient here tonight. Arrived at 7:15 pm, parking lot pretty empty. My cat had injured his eye and one of his pupils had gotten pin small during the ordeal - so we rushed him here to get checked out. The front desk was very nice and helped us get in a room quickly. A tech came in - got his temp, checked his breathing and weight and left. Then we waited. We were there for an hour and a half and we were never seen or checked on again.

With the stress of the night and us rubbing on his face during the wait, my cat's pupil is seemingly back to normal size now and he was stressed out walking around and laying with us in the room - so I stepped out and told the front desk we had waited an hour and a half and we were going to go ahead and leave. I'd keep an eye on him tonight and take him to a different vet tomorrow morning to follow-up with our concerns.

I am a bit paranoid having not had his eye legitimately looked at by a vet tonight - but they also didn't have enough staff on hand to see us. I won't be coming back here though after not getting seen for so long. If something is/was legitimately wrong - he wasn't going to get addressed there tonight.
