We had a wonderful experience at this vet and I think we’ve found a new vet for our babies. I was able to get in for an urgent appointment the next morning using the online scheduling tool at 4am when my dog was pooping blood. It was such a relief that I didn’t have to wait until all of the local vets open and start calling to see who could take us last minute. The office staff was amazing and very hospitable! The vet Tech Harrison was so kind and calm… my dog loved him! The Vet himself took a lot of time with us and explained everything thoroughly! I appreciate that this Doctor listened, was non-judgmental, and even tried to save us money! He was knowledgeable and informative, and I truly feel he had my pet’s best interest in mind. Coming from Florida we had an amazing vet that we were very sad to leave(we have so many pets to worry about), but we are so happy that we found Southern Trails!

I loved this place. My dog got an ear infection and I really didn't like to see him uncomfortable especially before Christmas. I went in and the front desk already knew who I was. They weighed him and then put me immediately in a room with a vet tech. She was very sweet and knowledgeable about everything I needed. They even let you know the price before proceeding with treatment and let you weigh the options they have. She even asked if he could have treats before she gave it to him unlike some other vets I have been to. I really liked that even though I was there for an ear infection the vet checked my dog from nose to tail. The vet was also very nice letting me know that they had an app I could use if I had any further issues. I will for sure go here again because of the nice staff and the ability to get in and out with people who clearly care about my dog's wellbeing.

Had an awesome experience. Staff was very kind and professional. Very friendly atmosphere and made sure my baby was taken care of. Affordable pricing and very clean establishment. Will definitely be coming back with my other baby ?

I was looking for a new vet due to my displeasure with my now my former one. The staff at Southern Trails is nothing but exceptional. I have a temperamental dog who likes some people, and doesn’t like others. They were fully accommodating, walking me through all my options. I can’t express how friendly and knowledgeable everyone is there. I probably asked way too many questions and not once did they make me feel as if I was bothering them. They are fear free vet and I couldn’t be happier.

Had to make an unexpected visit to the vet with my senior cats last week; including the great availability on short notice, it was BY FAR the most pleasant and least stressful experience at a vet clinic I have EVER had. The staff is personable and friendly, the atmosphere is very comfortable. I feel a lot better having established care here for them going forward!

I am very impressed with staff here. They took the time to help my dog relax and talked the her and me. I forgot her emotional support ball at the house and when the knowledgeable Veterinarian, Dr. Bain came in and was very informative about health questions I had regarding a lump on my dog and was also able to help me with what was in my budget. When they returned my dog to me she was given a tennis ball to make her feel like a good girl ? they did everything right and absolutely adored Mia.
