First time bringing my Princess here.

The staff was wonderful and took care of my baby. Unfortunately she did bite someone. But they were very understanding. I'm still waiting for diagnosis. But they were kind to me and understanding of the fact that i was upset and concerned for my baby. Hoping it's treatable. I will update this later. But I'm grateful for their help and the affordability of the procedures done today.
Edit: My Baby passed away August 6th, 2024. They suspected cancer but couldn't find it. She needed further testing for an accurate diagnosis, which i could not afford. I took her home to love her as long as i could. A little over 2 weeks later, she passed in my arms. Thank you to those who liked my review. Glad i could help.

I loved that your doctor took the time to answer our questions (so many of them because our boys are our babies) and the patience of your reception team was exceptional!

Making It Today

I brought my dog, Ollie, here for a second opinion about an ongoing skin issue my dog had been having and they were able to identify it and get him all healed up! So I brought my rehomed Great Dane to them, and they were so patient with him, as the big guy hasn't been taught many manners or been cared for the best before. And I can not speak highly enough about their treatment of my schnauzer, Lefty, and our family as he crossed the Rainbow Bridge. We received a very kind note from the entire office, individual messages from all. They gave us time with him, arranged his cremation and the man at the front desk was gentle when he called to tell me had returned. And one of the front desk girls hugged me on our way out, when I really needed a hug.

EDIT AND UPDATE: After speaking with Veronica, the manager of this clinic, it became clear that they do not value the customers opinion or privacy. Their business practices are unethical and their interactions on Google reviews shows as much. They use technology and the opinions of radical supporters of their malpractice to defend their behavior. They also failed to apologize or acknowledge that they were wrong and DID issue me a refund for over-charging us for a service that was already covered. Veronica is the manager of the facility who also responds to these reviews. She is just as defensive and argumentative as the employees that work at the facility.

When I arrived for my refund, she personally handed me the over charged amount and did not offer a single apology. She spends more time looking for ways to defend their actions rather than treating customers with respect. When I asked for a phone call with the owner, they simply sent an email containing the contact information instead of having the owner call me. Coincidentally, the owners phone went to voicemail and in her recording she states she does not check her messages.

It is no surprise why employees choose not to work at this facility and why customers leave detailed reviews of their interactions with the staff.

If you have similar complaints, I recommend you contact the Better Business Bureau for assistance. At a minimum, this will improve customer service.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: The people at this vet clinic are simply incompetent. I do not recommend using this location. After also reviewing their comments to poor reviews, they will likely say they do not have any records of my visit. They push your pet to get additional items your pet does not need while also telling you they will not give you services you ask for. READ THE FINE PRINT on ANYTHING you sign. They trick people into getting more than you needed. Don’t sign anything unless you understand what they are asking.

With several old injuries from her previous life, she was in need of some extra care, and the team was incredibly compassionate, kind, and informative. They took the time to discuss various options to keep her as comfortable and pain-free as possible. I truly appreciate their kindness and dedication to her well-being. Highly recommend them!

I've been here 1 once a couple years back and it was great but recently I've been calling every day and I can't get in touch with them ever. It always just goes straight to line busy and cuts off. I can't even leave a message. I work during y'all hours and can't come by and am trying to get a pricing and make an appointment so I can request the day off. I get y'all busy but I should be able to leave a message or at least get a call back

EDIT: please see reply from veterinary services. They will take the side of customers who only back them up. Even if other customers have no idea what the situation was or is. If you want your private information shared with other people and to be ganged up on this is the vet clinic for you. If you want to be treated like you don’t know your own pet and they do based off of one visit, this is the vet for you. If you want to be disrespected and over charged, this is the vet for you. Not to mention they try to sell you things like a car dealership. Was told my cat had tapeworms and could pay for medication. She was there for a spay so I don’t know how they got a fecal sample and results back within hours when it takes 24-48 hours for results? But this facility claims to be processional and honest. They also have no knowledge of requirements for a pet to travel to Hawaii which is hard to believe when the OWNER is in the military.

Be weary when you bring in your pets. It has affordable in the name for a reason. If you bring in a female cat to be spayed be mindful they will always say she’s in heat and charge you extra. But also their credit card machine continently doesn’t work so you have to pay cash. lol. Who pockets that? Only used this place because we adopted a cat from purrs and paws Columbus and this is the vet they use. (which I also wouldn’t recommend unless you want to wait a year for services you pay for at adoption). This place should get investigated like the other veterinary clinic that got raided in Columbus. Spend your money in a much better establishment where you won’t get lied to and where the staff won’t be argumentative with you when you just ask a question.
