Very patient and skilled people here. Even though my kitty can be fussy and bitey, they were never disparaging or mean. Her visit went well, and we got her the medicine she needs, plus diet care guidance. Fantastic place!

Jeanie the girl in the front is amazing as well as our doctors and everyone in there. They are all sweet and kind and our dog is never care to get her shots or anything with how much attention and care they show. 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone. They even have pet car plans so you’re not spending $300 every visit. On top of that they are open on Saturdays to so we don’t have to miss work.

I really can’t say enough good things about how we were treated today. My cat has been sick since Friday and in desperation, I reached out to the VCA. I called them at 7:55am which is five minutes before they even open and they were happy to take my phone call to answer any questions I had. I am naturally worried person, and Nicki Was very compassionate, the whole entire time. We got exactly what we needed to help our sick cat. I was already over the moon because they were so kind and compassionate but then it didn’t cost an arm and a leg and that made helped so much more. Furthermore, After all of a sudden done, I received a very nice text from Cory, reassuring me that if we have any questions to feel free to ask him. Would recommend to everyone! We are excited and happy to be a part of the VCA family after looking for a vet that really really showed they cared but more importantly, the compassion

I overall liked this hospital, but I can’t get over the fact that they are still scruffing cats as a first resort. Yikes. My cats have never had a negative association with the vet because I (a former VA) always handled them in an appropriate and fear free certified manner when being treated. Then we came here. Now my cats hate the vet after being manhandled. Mind you my cats are not one bit aggressive or fearful. They are normally very curious at the vet. I also feel VCA has always been overpriced.

UPDATE The manager (Dr. Cory) reached out to me and rectified the situation. Turned out to be some misinformation/misunderstanding with the staff rather than flat out trying to cheat customers. Dr. Cory not only pulled some strings so that my pet’s spay is covered, helped me upgrade my care plan which turned out to be cheaper than what I’m paying and will educate staff so this doesn’t happen again. Love the communication and willingness to fix things.

The staff was friendly and it didn’t have a heavy “animal” smell. Pretty clean actually. What I don’t like is the predatory care plan. When I visited the first time I was told about their plan and what it entailed. I was told microchip AND spay/neuter was included. I couldn’t believe what 60 something dollars a month could get for my cat. I called my other half and it was explained again so he could hear it too. He heard the same price I did. I recently called to schedule my car to be fixed and microchipped and was told that wasn’t in that plan and if I wanted I could upgrade to the plan that cost twice as much as I was quoted or pay out of pocket. A form was sent for a discount, but I asked multiple times my first visit just to be told later I need to pay more. I definitely will be canceling my autopay for this and finding a place who doesn’t change prices.

Best veterinarian hospital I've ever been to. They are compassionate about your pet. I can't say enough about these people. I took my cat there and signed up for the wellness program. The price is very fair. Oh yeah by the way the first office visit is free. I came across a 13 year old cat that lives next door to me and it was clear he was very sick and wasn't going to be around very long. I took him in and gave him the best last two months of his life. I brought him to the VCA greater Savannah animal hospital and they did not charge me for the visit to look and then they did something that no one else would ever do and that is they gave me a free flea treatment for him. That's a $30 flea treatment they gave me for free. I wouldn't dare take my animal anywhere else but here.

I never write reviews, but I felt like I had to after how amazing the service my pet received today and how genuine all the people were at VCA. I recommend this place to everyone with a pet. I've always dreaded taking my dog to the vet, especially since moving to GA, where I've spent hundreds on vet bills without finding a solution for my Frenchie’s allergies—until we came here. The care my pup received went above and beyond. Despite me showing up 20 minutes late, they got us in right away. They immediately knew what was wrong, showed me how to properly clean my Frenchie’s ears (instead of just telling me), and provided the best—and truly affordable—options for managing her allergies. I saved so much time and money by coming here, and it was an incredible relief to finally find such a caring and cost-effective vet clinic. If you can, I highly recommend Vet Tech Gina and Dr. Sparks; they genuinely care about your pet, get straight to the point, and, unlike other vet clinics I've been to in GA they will not pressure you to buy or spend unnecessary money- They even stayed an hour after closing to make sure our appointment went smoothly. I've never experienced such outstanding customer service. If you're looking for a great vet, 100% go here.
