Taylor and Dr Woods were so kind and genuinely concerned for my cat. They advised me to travel to University of Florida to get more testing and information. Their informed advice saved my cats life. If not for the team SVIM, I would have lost my Gertrude sooner than I would have preferred.

Dr. Woods and his team were very professional and compassionate. I was very worried for my dog's well-being and they took on his challenging case with enthusiasm and hope that things could be better. I felt like they were on our team right away. Dr. Woods was easily accessible to me and spent a great deal of time discussing options. His staff fell in love with Bailey and his sad face right away and loved him when I couldn't be there. I look forward to continuing Bailey's care with this team and highly recommend them.

All this good reviews are so shocking to me as I probably had the worst experience with this doctor- zero compassion , rude and insensitive person that wasted my time and my pet time that caused him extra stress. And then on top of that doctor didn’t do absolutely anything but speaking to me like I am 4 year old child he charged me 275$ !

We saw Dr wood today. He seems to do a great job. He covered everything. With the "new normal" it was still a great experience. The vet tech did a great job with my big dog. The lady Jill that I spoke with over the phone and emailed with is so sweet and kind. My regular vet talked highly of Dr wood and it seems as everything was true. Thank you all for helping us and making my Sulley get better.

Dr. Woods, Dr. Richmond, Rachel, Nikki and the entire staff were absolutely amazing. Never hesitated to take my 100th call. Never flinched to try a potentially life saving treatment. They went way above and beyond. They were truly an incredible blessing and we're so grateful that Beau was in their loving and supportive hands. They never lost hope, they were willing to help when others couldn't or wouldn't. We are forever grateful.
