I cannot praise Southside Hospital for animals enough for their care and kindness. Dr Kane and the entire staff were most considerate when i had to part with my Australian Sheppard. Also in the consideration and treatment in the past.

Karen kane is tge best vet in tge world. She has been taking care if my family for 25 yrs and I dont know what I would do without her. This animal hospital is great. I lost my jadis a few days ago he was 13. Karen was so caring and loving with my baby. Love you so much for all you have done for us.

We are lucky to have vet leslie. She really cared about our first dog, sent us a card when he passed, and was so happy for us two years later when we brought our new puppy in! She sees us last second when things go sideways, and always takes good care of our boy. Highly recommend her and all the wonderful staff at SSHA

Have been happy with this vet. in the past. Took our current pet in and was told everything looked ok. Pet was still showing symptoms. Called and asked to talk to the vet. Only got the tech. Got some meds. Never got any directions or warnings. Checked online for adverse reactions which the animal started to exhibit. Called back and insistently asked to have vet call at her convenience because I wanted to be assured that nothing was present that could compromise pets health/life. Assistant told me she was call. For whatever reason they didn't think my pets health important enough to return a call for 5 minutes or less.

Hands down...
Amazing!
The customer service, the love for animals and people alike is unmatched. We had to take our 8 year old pit bull in for emergency surgery last week. It was a stressful situation. They made sure Sky was taken cate of. Had to take hed in yesterday, to look at some issues she was having. No questions asked. Saw her immediately. She is getting better day by day. I am so happy and grateful for every person in that building. You all have a special place on Heaven. Looking for a new vet? Ths is the best! Thanks everyone!! Sky says Hey!!
