I'm so glad we could find a vet that was open 24 hours on the weekend. I was walking our dog on a camping trip and he got struck by a porcupine that was near our rv. They were super kind and I can't believe the comments from other folks. This is an animal hospital and we expected to pay a bunch especially for emergency services. But that wasn't the case. They put him under, took out the quills, woke him up and gave us meds . They showed us the prices of everything that was charged and it seemed reasonable. The manager was AMAZING and we're way more comfortable camping in flagstaff during the weekend cause of yall! Thank you from my partner, our pup Zoom Zoom and me! We love you guys!

kind and knowledgeable staff that took the time to let me know what was happening to my dog and get him to be much more comfortable. They even called me to check in on him. I had to drive 2.5-3 hours since our local vet doesn’t have capacity for emergency services. My dog, Ch’áayah, ultimately passed away a couple weeks after seeing them due to end stage heart failure. I would bring my cats here if I needed to. Thanks for taking care of my boy!

1000% about the money! Wouldn’t even look at our dying dog unless we paid $2,000 just for walking in the door after midnight. What’s the point of 24 emergency service if you literally rob people before even seeing their pet! STAY AWAY if you love your dog!! They clearly hurt more animals then they help….listen too the horrible rumors about this place. You all should be ashamed of yourselves!

We were there for 8.5 hours on a Sunday after we suspected our dog had a heat stroke. We waited 2.5 hours before seeing the doctor, at which point we had to wait another hour for one test, and then another 2 hours for blood work. Then the doctor came back and talked in circles about my dogs gall bladder being checked out by a specialist in Phoenix. We are currently traveling, and that wasn't an option, so he begrudgingly did an ultrasound here that came back unemergent. After having been there 8 hours already, we found out that they were just administering fluids. Why couldn't this have been done hours ago?

We are camping an hour away and all our stuff got soaking wet in the rain while they saw other patients that came in after us. We didn't get back til midnight and don't have a dry place to sleep with our two dogs. We are sleeping in the car at the campsite, and it's still raining.

8+ hours for blood work, fluids, and ultrasound is on another level.

Edit: after reviewing the bill, they charged us $316 for 30 clavamox pills, which is absolutely crazy.

I brought my dog in after being attacked by two javelina. The staff were calm and collected. Kind, caring & helpful. They explained everything to me without any medical jargon so I could understand easily. Which makes a huge difference when you and your animal are in crisis. Both the doctor and nurse seemed very experienced and educated. Which helped me remain at ease that my dog was in the best care.
My dog had to stay overnight but they assured me that I could call any time. I called before going to bed and after speaking with the staff it gave me the peace of mind I needed to actually get some sleep. The next morning when they discharged my dog they walked me through all of the aftercare and answered any questions I had. Petra was absolutely wonderful, as well as the doctor. I snapped a photo of this cute wall they have of ALL the grateful owners they have helped save their animals’ lives. Thank you thank you thank you! Would highly recommend!!!

Dr. Green was and has been amazing with my fur baby. Very thorough examination and discussing patient care. She saved my fur baby and has kept my anxiety at ease. I would recommend seeing her if you have an emergency.

We were traveling, and our tiny elderly chiauau, Peaches, woke up on Sunday morning with bloody diarrhea. We called around where we were and this was the closest place that was open. We drove 2 hours and they got us right in. We had to leave her but after extensive testing they were able to treat her and sent us on our way with meds. She recovered and after a few days was back to normal. I know they saved her life and I am eternally grateful!!

The veterinarians and the staff there are awesome. They took the best care for my dog, as well as us, the owners. I almost teared up, impressed, when they let us know that we could bother them as many times as we want to check the latest status of our dog.

Our poor dog was attacked by another dog on Thanksgiving night, three hours away. He was crying for pain, and we were driving like mad albeit our state of shock. The staff were waiting for our arrival at night that made us incredibly relieved. They are a wonderful and professional team. The clinic is clean and decorated with a warm touch, too. Our dog was in good hands!

Thanks to Dr. Wassef and Dr. Amos, our dog is now edging towards the recovery. I cannot be more thankful!
