I am so happy to have found this vet office after moving here. I have received amazing care for my fur babies here. Dr. Katie is who we primarily see and she is fabulous. We have also seen Dr. Betz and Dr. Churchill who are also wonderful. They are all very caring and knowledgeable and in my opinion go above and beyond to provide the best care. They are also wonderful about working you in if your fur baby has an emergency....which means sometimes you may have to wait a bit longer. Yes I have had to wait sometimes for a routine appointment but that is because they have been willing to work in emergencies for others, which I personally respect and appreciate. I have also been on the other end and had to come in for emergencies with my fur babies when they broke a leg or had bad medication reaction and couldn't tolerate anything by mouth. Each time this office worked me in very quickly. So if someone complains about having to wait (which is rare but has happened to me once or twice) it is because they clearly don't know how a triage system works and that true emergencies come first. The techs are also wonderful and caring and the front desk staff are personable and friendly. I am thrilled to have them to care for my fur babies and couldn't be happier. I highly recommend them.

Today was my very first visit ever with Betz and they welcomed me and my pups with open arms! They really treated us like we actually mattered. My Gsd puppy Echo was very nervous at first but they went very slow with her and ga e her lots of treats and she eventually warmed up to them! My husky puppy Freya absolutely loved them from the start. They provided us with great service and lots of information we needed to know for our babies. And it was very affordable! They have definitely won us over for life ❤️

we started coming to betz for my sweet baby girls hips. dr. katie was absolutely wonderful with my angel, and for a few months we did laser therapy and Aspen started taking medicines. she was acting like my girl again. Aspen met her very best friend there, one of the vet techs, Jenny! aspen would see her walking up the the car and her tail would wag so hard her whole body was moving! jenny treated my baby girl as her very own, and it meant so much to me. dr. katie recommended we start acupuncture, so my girl got to see dr. betz. and dr. betz is truly a miracle worker, i’ve never seen aspen act so much like herself again. she’s 3 years old with pretty bad arthritis already, but now she’s doing absolutely incredible and it’s all because of the wonderful people at betz veterinary services!

beginning of august my sweet sage was attacked by another dog over food. i had never seen a dog fight before and there was so much blood everywhere and my boy kept crying. i called the night it happened, and they got me in first thing next morning. i didn’t sleep the entire night i was so worried about my boy. it was one of the hardest nights - days i’ve had in an extremely long time. i couldn’t move without puking (sorry, tmi). jenny, bobbie, the ladies up front, and dr. katie were all so incredibly kind. dr. katie did a wonderful job putting drain tubes in him and stitching him. once i saw him after surgery i couldn’t hold it in and i lost it. they closed the door so i could have a moment with him. jenny talked me through everything i needed to do for him, and i will never forget her words of encouragement that helped me through the rest of that day. dr. katie talked me through the entire process, and was overall a lifesaver to me. she took time out of HER weekend to come and check on sage while she lived in florida, and we’re in st. marys.

if you’re looking for an exceptional veterinary practice, look no further. these people were a Godsend to me and both of my babies. i will never, ever forget the kindness they have showed us. i’ll support this clinic however i can, all the way in north carolina! if it wasnt for us moving, i would only stay here for this incredible clinic (not joking)

They are the nicest people! I took my cat to Betz because she was having mouth pain. It was very convenient to be able to make the appointment online, and they were able to see her quickly. She ended up needing multiple tooth extractions, but they made the process as easy as possible for both us. They took such good care of her, kept me informed every step of the way, and took care of everything she needed in one visit. My cat is doing great now. I highly recommend them!
